MNIT Jaipur admission to various UG, PG and Doctorate level programs based on different national level exams required as per courses accepted by the institute.The popular and flagship program of NIT Jaipur is its 2 years long completely full-time MBA program which is offered across 5 different specializations. Admission to the MBA Programme at NIT Jaipur is done via the CAT entrance scores followed by the GD and PI rounds conducted by the institute itself.

Apart from MBA, MNIT Jaipur offers a wide variety of educational courses in Engineering, Sciences, Design, and Humanities with a primary focus on Engineering such as B.tech, M.tech, M.Sc and PhD courses and so on. For B.Tech, scores of JEE Mains required followed by JOSAA Counseling. Whereas for PhD courses, students must have to sit for an entrance test followed by an interview.

MNIT Jaipur B.Tech And B.Arch Admission 2023

In order to get admission to the above-mentioned programs, candidates need to pass the 10+2 level or equivalent examination with at least 75% marks (For SC/ST students the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 10+2 level).

Admission to B.Tech and B.Arch is done on the basis of JEE Main followed by CSAB counseling.

How to Apply for JEE Main?

Candidates who are eligible for admission have to take the JEE Main. The application process is given below:

Visit the official website of JEE- Main
Register for the online application form
Make a note of the system-generated application number
Create a password
Log in again and fill out the form
Upload scanned images of photographs and signature
A fee of 650 INR (325 INR for reserved categories) will be charged/ It is to be paid through a Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, or Paytm.
Keep a printout of the application form for future use.

Candidates who have a positive JEE Main score have to go for JoSAA counseling. Follow these steps to register:

Click on the registration page at the official JoSAA website.
Use the JEE Main application number to log in.
Ensure that your candidate profile is accurate.

MNIT Jaipur MBA Admission 2023

At the postgraduate level, the university also offers full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree to the aspiring students. The duration of MBA program is 2 years.

The program is offered in the following specializations only:

MNIT Jaipur MBA Eligibility:

For admission to the MBA program, candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Commerce/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Architecture/ Pharmacy/ Agricultural/ Computer Applications or Master's degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Economics while scoring a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on the 10 point scale (60% marks, only where CGPA is not awarded) with relaxation for SC/ST implying minimum of 6.0 on the 10 point scale (55% marks, only where CGPA is not awarded).

At least 55% or CPI 6.0 in the case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories.

MNIT Jaipur MBA Selection Process:

To be eligible to participate in the selection process, apart from fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to the MBA program, the applicant should have a valid score in the CAT entrance exam.

Final selection will be made on the basis of CAT percentile, Academic Qualification, Work Experience, and marks obtained in Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.

How to Apply for CAT 2023?

Candidates who are eligible for admission to MBA have to take the CAT 2023 for selection. Follow these steps to register:

Visit the official website.
Click on “Registration” for new users.
Read the given instructions.
Fill in the necessary details to generate OTP.
Enter the OTP and validate it.
Check ‘I Agree’ and submit the CAT application form.
After submitting the details, a message will be sent to the registered mobile number containing the password, and an email will be sent containing the user ID.
After the registration is complete, a unique login ID and password will be generated.
Click on ‘Go to Application Form’ to fill out the CAT application form.

MNIT M.Tech, M.Sc, and M.Plan Eligibility Criteria

To be considered eligible in M.Tech, the candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc. in relevant specializations and must have secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates.

For M.Plan, candidate must have passed B.Arch, B.Plan, Bachelor in Town Planning, Bachelor in Transportation Planning, Bachelor in Urban Planning, Bachelor in Town & Country Planning, BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Technology to be considered eligible.

Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Science with at least 55% marks in aggregate are eligible for admission to B.Sc program.

MNIT M.Tech, M.Sc, and M.Plan Selection Criteria

Admission to M.Plan and M.Tech is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination, work experience and Interview/Test followed by CCMT counselling.

M.Sc admissions are granted on the basis of a valid score in IIT JAM. Candidates with valid IIT JAM score are eligible to participate in Centralized Counselling for admission into M.Sc. programs (CCMN).

I get admission to mnit through the joint entrances examination (jee mains), you have to score 75% in 12 board in the general category and 65% in sc, st category and you will get the application form, application fees and application dates in NTA'S official site which is www. Nta. Com If you score between 91 to 95 percentile in jee mains in the sc category you will easily get a civil branch in mnit but competition is a bit tough for general category students they have to score more than 97.5 percentile for the same branch In my point of view, you will not get any difficulty in the admission process all types of arrangements are already done by the college

I got admission in mnit Jaipur through a joint entrance examination (jee- mains). I scored 98 percentile in jee main and 75.8% in board exams. For all the details regarding the application form, fees, and dates I visited the official website of jee main named www.jee main.in For reservation benefits:-if you scored above 90 percentile in ST/SC category in jee main you can easily get very good branches like computer science, electrical, Ece in mnit, and for OBC and general category you have to score 98 above the. You can do an Easier admission process because it is too lengthy.

Firstly you have to qualify to jee main to take admission in this college 75% in the 12th board exam. You can find the application form on the official website of NTA (The body that conducts jee main) and after getting results we apply for Jossa counseling. One improvement in the admission process is that admission should be in online mode only and avoid physical reporting. No reservation benefits.

Reality of MNIT

Remarks:

First of all, it's an NIT ( a college of national importance), so you need to qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria which at our time was 75% in 12th boards and qualifying JEE Mains. To apply for the college you just need to give JEE Mains and apply for Josaa Counselling and fill in your choices of college in priority along with the branch. I had got benefitted from the EWS reservation which is 10% + women's reservation (so if you are a girl it's relatively easier to get admitted).

It's nearly impossible to get any branch in any of the colleges mentioned above. The colleges mentioned above are all NITs in particular NIT Goa, NIT Jaipur, and NIT Delhi. None of the NITs open admission for the rank of around 180k so it would be better if you should prepare well and appear for the exam in the next year or take admission in any private college. There's no chance that any NIT would offer admission for 180k rank.

You will be loaded with worthless projects, assignments, and other obsolete works so that they make sure you can’t join any coaching and other co-curricular activities. The faculty will specifically hold classes and project discussions during the coaching time to make sure you are always occupied. Moreover, you will get little to no support for placements. On the other hand, the faculty at MNNIT Allahabad is very supportive of core branches like electrical. You will be encouraged to follow your passion. As some of my friends studied at NIT Rourkela, I can assure you that the overall campus is improving very fast. Also they offer good placements. Many famous companies are hiring a lot of students now. If you are seeking a good infrastructure, NIT Rourkela is the best of all NITs. For overall rankings, you can refer to MHRD, National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF). Certain departments at NITR leave a lot to be desired, where Calicut has the edge. All is better than Bhopal and Jaipur in placements though. However, in terms of infrastructure, campus life, hostel life, sports facilities, the overall holistic development of an individual NIT Rourkela is a good option. From the first semester itself, IIIT Allahabad begins imparting programming knowledge. Subjects such as chemistry and engineering drawing are taught later on as these are considered as less useful subjects. Coding Culture: The coding culture is exceptional at IIIT Allahabad. Most of the top-ranked students in competitive programming at present are from IIIT while the number of students from MNIT is few. Campus: There is a lot of similarity between the campus and hostels of both the institutions. IIIT Allahabad is younger than MNIT, therefore, has an advanced campus compared to MNIT. Placements: The placement opportunities at IIIT Allahabad IT are tremendous and better than MNIT CS. Students at IIIT Allahabad land high package offers. There are not many differences between the institutes. You can prefer MNIT, Jaipur only if the location is advantageous on your side. The difference, however, is not exactly a lot. Placements: The average placement in Jaipur has been better for several years now. However, if you have the will to work, with relevant education, then the opportunities and offers provided by either of these institutes are the same. Various top companies recruit almost the same number of students from both of these institutes. For instance, in 2019, 11 students were recruited by Microsoft from NIT Durgapur with a package of 39 LPA each. 4 other students were recruited by Amazon with 20 LPA and above. There are several others too. Here is the placement reports of the year 2020 for both the institutes, Parameters MNIT, Jaipur NIT, Durgapur No. of Students Placed 497 456 Highest CTC INR. 38 LPA INR. 33 LPA Average CTC INR. 8.9 LPA INR. 9.09 LPA Top Recruiters Amazon, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Capgemini, Deloitte Samsung, Cognizant, Brahmos, JCB, Alstom, ZS Associates Thus, there are somewhat the same opportunities in both.
