Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose production engineering here because the placement is very good. You don't get this much placement in any other NIT in the production branch. Faculty: student ratio is average. But the teachers here are very knowledgeable and supportive. Professors are highly qualified here. We have semester exams mid-semester and end-semester which is not that tough but we have to maintain good cgpa for good placement.

I chose mechanically because this branch has so many scopes in different directions. I choose these also because it has a very good placement rate as compared to other nits Faculty are very good, polite, and more in no. And students are also very good in population the faculty members qualification is too good. They studied at very good colleges like NITS, and IITS as well the teaching style is too good and the exams are happening twice in a semester. You can pass easily on the exam

I choose this course because at my rank I was getting this course. Also, NIT Jamshedpur is famous for its course branches. The faculty-student ratio is 1:20. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders from well-known IITs. Exams happen on time and it will be easy to pass the examinations. The level of questions depends on the faculty who is making the paper and it will vary from easy to difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I was interested in it and it was the best course+college combination, I was getting at my rank so it was a sure-shot decision, to be honest. Faculty to student ratio is ideal here and the faculties are good enough to teach us, they are super qualified and well prepared for the lectures they take, and adding to that, most of them are experienced enough so we don't feel any burden of exams and all. The teachers here are highly qualified, the teachers are cooperative and use a two-way communication lecture here there is a healthy discussion of topics between the students and the teachers, additionally, we also have technical labs and language labs to further enhance our grasping and technical skills which will help us in the practical world. Examinations are timely and you need to study to pass and score good marks but there is no need for the extensive study 1-2 hours a day is good enough to secure an 8.5+ CGPA if you encounter good teachers.

Ques
What are the best things to do at NIT Jamshedpur?

● Top Answer By Gargi Gupta on 10 May 21

Ans
A couple of my friends completed their B.tech from NIT Jamshedpur. They had a pretty good experience at the institute. Here are some key highlights you must know about. The college is situated in Jamshedpur which is one of the most dynamic, and enthusiastic cities. My friends keep on claiming that this city is a mixture of the craziness of Kolkata as well as the lights and glamours of Bombay. You can grab a chance to work in any TATA group company there as NIT Jamshedpur has a tie-up with the company. The best part is you can join irrespective of your branch. The campus is lush green and huge so you can stroll around peacefully in the early morning or evening - especially towards the River Kharkai. Outside the campus, you can head to nearby Bistupur Market or Dimna Dam for a day out. You can engage in various extracurricular activities, technical festivals, and sports. NIT Jamshedpur has to offer you great college life. Take advantage of the opportunity and explore the campus and the city as much as you can.
