I applied for mnit Jaipur chemical engineering and mnnit allahabad chemical engineering too . preference for mnnit was at top and then followed by mnit chemical.Actually,at my jee rank , I got mnit Jaipur at end .Mnnit had high cutoffs as compared to its cutoff in previous year.So, my expectations to get it failed .And , soon as the counselling goes through, it turned into reality. Coming to admission process, there is counselling named csab which is being followed by josaa .I got admission in csab or spot round.
Actually, at my jee rank , the best which I could get was mnit chemical engineering branch so it is only the reason why I choose it . The teaching and curriculum is best .I think that labs should be in more sync with lectures and tutorials for the excellence.
Our college provides internship from third year onwards . Recently , Deloitte and several other companies such as Tata, Accenture,etc.arrive at campus for hiring students for internship .The stipend which is being offered varies from company to company.
Coming to campus placements , it totally depends on your skills and hunger to learn productive things . As per concerned with chemical engineering,our college got 100 percent placement in chemical engineering having average of 11 lpa .
Myself Agrim Pandey. I came from small city named Sitapur in Uttar Pradesh.I prepared for jee through vedantu which is an online learning platform and got 97.26 percentile in jee and finally got admission in chemical engineering course in mnit.I have filled form for up scholarship which supported me in paying my college fees . Coming to my college fees, the tuition fees is 125000 INR and institute fees is 40000 INR. Moreover, (hostel + mess ) fees is 64000. As my family income comes in between 1-5 lakh , so I get 2/3rd fee waiver on annual tuition fees, thereby paying only 42000 peryear as tuition fee.There is no redemption on fees for the institute and (hostel+mess) .You need to pay it for sure.
Coming to the fests , there are two main fests being held in mnit every year , one is sphinx(technical fest) and other is blitzchlag( cultural fest). Sphinx is usually planned in November and blitzchlag in February. Coming to library, you can read and have a book issue for 21 days . Afterall, books are being issued for whole semester by the date provided for each departments by library.
Hostel facility is nice .Few hostel are good but few needs renovation.Moreover, coming to mess, each hostel has its own mess .Food offered here has weekly schedule with special food being offered on Sunday and special ocassions and festivals. For registration of hostel, you just need to go on mniterp.org.in and apply for hostel at time of registration and pay the fees being demanded there.Thats it.
The faculty to student ratio is 1:20.The faculties are best here as they support students in every aspect.They also support students to det involved in extra curricular activities.I liked R.K.D sir most who taught us the fluid mechanics in third semester and way he clears doubt and interacts with students totally impressed me.I am in love with his teaching style. There was not any single faculty whom I disliked .All just need to pay attention at lessons . There are 4 exams in a year ; 2 midterms and two end term at each sem. Exam levels are very easy , all just you need to pay attention at lectures and tutorials throughout the semester. Course curriculum as based on revised NEP policy is best for the students and it's practical applications are relevant to industries.
In MUJ, there is a placement cell which helps students know more about the placements and help them. Students get offered internship during their 3rd year itself as there are many companies that come to offer internships. Almost 60-80 % students get placed others apply for further education. My plan after completing graduation is to land a campus placement in my field and gain work ex, which further can help me in pursuing my masters.
Our collage has good placement in these 5 years major recruiters are amazon flipcart meeso games craft infosyis tata wipro adobe hero samsung and other companies regularly our training and placement cell is too active. Total 90 percent student placed last year.

Campus placement drive starts from the beginning of 4th year. Many companies visit with various offeres . The highest package is 51lpa and average package is 9lpa. My plans after getting degree is to get a decent placement.
