IIT Kharagpur has concluded its Phase 1 placements for the batch 2023. A total of 1600 offers and 900 Internship offers were received by the students including 45 International Offers. During Day 1, students secured more than 760 offers Including the Pre-Placement Offers. A total of 16 International Offers were accepted and the IIT Kharagpur Highest Package stood at INR 2.6 CPA on the Day 1 of the placement. Some of the major recruiters were Apple, Airbus, CapitalOne, EXL services, Google, Microsoft, Square Point, Rubrik, etc.

During the IIT Kharagpur Summer Internship Placements for the batch 2023, 800 Internship offers were made by 34 recruiters and more than 70 profiles were offered. Recruiters like Microsoft, Google, EXL Services, Graviton, and Rubrik participated in the placement drive of 2023.

IIT Kharagpur placement 2023 for MHRM has also been concluded with a 100% placement rate. The whole batch was placed just in 2 months with an average salary of INR 15.45 LPA. IIT Kharagpur MHRM highest package stood at INR 23 LPA. More than 40 recruiters visited the campus and some of the major recruiters include IBM, Puma, Capgemini, Deloitte, EY, ICICI Bank, Cognizant, Aditya Birla Group, Lenovo, etc.
