The number of College Students Who go to Sporting Events IELTS Writing Task 1 is an academic writing task. The IELTS writing task 1 deals with essay tupe answers questions. The IELTS academic writing task questions in IELTS writing task 1 require candidates to write a essay or summary on the given topic in at least 150 words. Band 8 IELTS Answer

The pie chat and the table shows the data of men and women who are college students attending sports. The overall number of students who visit any kind of sporting event is are just 20% of the entire college student population. 80% of the students do not like visiting any sporting event. This shows that most students have no interest in sports.

Now, if we move to the table, we notice that there is a comparison between men and women who visited any type of sporting events. The genres are Football, basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton. In most of these events, most of the visitors are men. 34 men visited football event while only one women visited the same event. This clearly means that men have more interest in football than women. In basketball, both groups stand at 10. This shows that men and women have similar interests in basketball. The difference in volleyball is not much. Women leads the group by just one. The number of women stands at 5 and men at 4. The women visitors dominate in tennis by a huge margin. They stand at 24 while the men are only at 3. In badminton, the number of men visiting this event is 6 and women visiting this is 3.

Overall, we see that more men go to sporting events than women. At few places women beats men in numbers like volleyball and tennis. The number of men on the other hand is more in football and badminton. The similar number of men and women visit basketball.

Band 7 IELTS Answer

The percentage of college students who attend and do not attend sporting events is shown in the pie chart. The table below the pie chart shows the number of college students who have attended five different sporting events, including male and female events.

Overall, the first chart shows that many students don't like sports. However, more men than women have joined football. To begin, the pie chart shows that just 20% of the students attend the sporting events while 80% of the students do not attend them. This indicates that college students have little interest in sporting events.

Regarding the table, it appears that only one female and 34 men have participated in football. This proves that men have more interest in football than women. Similarly, male tennis has the lowest number with 3 but 24 female tennis players participated. Similarly, only six men have attended badminton, which is 3 more than females. In volleyball, we can see 5 women and 4 men. The most striking fact is that there are 10 students of both sexes participating in basketball. So we can understand that same number of men and women have interest in football.

Overall. More men are interested in sports than women. The two areas where women beat men are tennis and volleyball. Except these two, men have shown more interest than women.

Band 6.5 IELTS Answer

The charts below represent an analysis of a survey report that shows college students' participation in sporting activities. The table shows the kinds of events they participate in, broken down by gender.

In general, it is evident that fewer students are interested in these male-dominated events. The pie chart shows that most college students, one fifth of who were surveyed, do not participate in sports. When it comes to the involvement of the students who are available, male participation is more evident; However, participation patterns vary depending on the sport activity. Tennis is seen as the preferred sport by women when the majority of men are playing football (34). Out of the nine volleyball players, five are female, making a total of 10 basketball players from both genders. Male badminton players make up twice as many people as female players (6:3). Tennis has the lowest male participation rate, with (3), while football has the lowest female participation rate, with (1). So it is evident that most males shows interest in sports than women.
