What you did in the lesson?

In addition to learning about the food, we also got to participate in a mini cooking class. Our teacher brought in ingredients and utensils, and we were each assigned to make a simple dish, such as a quiche or a crepe. I was paired with a classmate, and we made a quiche Lorraine together. It was a lot of fun, and we all got to taste each other's dishes at the end of the class.

What made this lesson particularly enjoyable for me was the hands-on aspect of it.

I love cooking, and being able to apply what I learned about French cuisine to making a dish was a great experience. It was also a lot of fun working with my classmates and trying each other's dishes.
