The scientific studies prove that our diet habits are deeply rooted in the type of food we eat in our childhood. If a teenager has a bad eating habit, the family is often to blame. In addition, when a child starts making friends, they are significantly influenced by their friends' eating and drinking habits. For example, a recent study published in the magazine 'Healthy Living'. It states that over 70% of school-going teenagers try to mimic the diet habits of their friends with whom they spend time. This statistic clearly shows that our family members and friends have more influence on our choices of foods and drinks than the advertisements we are exposed to.

In conclusion, food habits are a crucial part of our lives as they define who we become. It also defines how healthy, both physically and psychologically, we will be in the future. Advertisements have some impact on young people's diets, but family and friends have an even greater role.
