I hope that you are doing well. I am glad to be informing you that our company has finally decided to transfer me to Canada for the Hydroelectricity Plant Assignment.

The tenure of this assignment is three years, and it can be extended as and when required. This project period is already long and there is an element of volatility in the tenure as well. Therefore, I have decided to move to Canada along with my family.

My family has my parents and a young daughter of mine so we will need some place with three bedrooms at least and a study. A large kitchen and some gardening space would also be required. If possible, please make sure that the residence has a kindergarten within walking distance. This will save my parents from walking long distance to drop my daughter off because they are old and can’t drive.

The assignment is going to last for one year and that will be the duration of my stay as well. I am thinking of moving to Canada because I have a dog and I can’t leave him alone for extended periods of time. So, I have been offered some residence by the company.

Its only me and my dog in the family which is why we don’t need a large space. A small house with two bedrooms, a hall and kitchen is fine. But it should be near some park where dogs are allowed or the house itself should have some play space for dogs. I would prefer if the accommodation was close to my workplace as that would save me a lot of time in commute.
