Band 7 IELTS Letter

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to convey my absolute displeasure with your company's subpar services. I also want to tell you how I am constantly harassed by unsolicited calls. I am using a Jio sim on my cellphone.

I enabled a service called 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) on my phone two months ago with the intention of not having to answer any unsolicited calls. Yet, the situation has yet to change. I receive marketing calls throughout my working hours, which can lead to a loss of concentration. I don't know what the point of this service is. It appears that the corporation is supplying this special feature in order to comply with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's standards. However, in reality, this feature does not work and lacks usefulness. Frequent spam and trash calls are an annoyance in my day-to-day mobile usage. For this reason, I have also declined some crucial calls, thinking it was junk calls.

Therefore, it is a simple decision. Either you fix it or lose a client. I hope to hear from you on this matter. I would really appreciate it if you take some immediate measures for this. Your actions will be highly appreciated in this regard.

Yours faithfully,
Jayashree Sherpa

Band 6.5 IELTS Letter

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your company's inadequate services. I would also like to inform you that I am regularly bothered by unsolicited phone calls. On my cellphone, I have an Airtel sim card.

I set my phone to 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) two months ago in order to avoid answering unsolicited calls. But, nothing has changed as of yet. I receive marketing calls throughout my working hours, which can cause me to lose concentration. This service's purpose is unclear to me. It appears that the corporation is providing this cosmetic feature in order to meet the norms of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Nevertheless, in practice, this feature is ineffective and useless. With my day-to-day smartphone usage, frequent spam and garbage calls are an irritation. As a result, I have also denied some critical calls, mistaking them for spam. It is actually decreasing my patience and I am getting irritated by it.

As a result, it is a straightforward decision. You may either correct it or lose a client. I look forward to hearing from you on this topic. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take some immediate action on this. In this regard, your actions will be greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,
Siddhartha Shekhar Chowdhury

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to convey my displeasure with your company's subpar services. I would also like to let you know that I am frequently harassed by unsolicited phone calls. I have a Vodafone sim card on my cellphone.

About a month ago, I configured my phone to 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) to prevent answering unsolicited calls. But, nothing has changed as of yet. I receive marketing calls throughout my working hours, which can cause me to lose concentration. I am not sure what this service is for. It appears that the organization is giving this superficial feature in order to meet the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's standards. Nevertheless, in practice, this feature is ineffective and useless. My daily smartphone usage is getting ruined due to frequent spam, and garbage calls. It keeps on annoying me like nothing. As a result, I have also denied some crucial calls, mistaking them for spam. It is actually wearing on my tolerance and irritating me.

As a consequence, it is a simple choice. You may either correct it or lose a client. I eagerly await your response on this matter. I would be grateful if you could take immediate action on this. Your efforts will be much appreciated in this regard.
