Dear Mr. Vardhaan,

I am writing to bring to your attention a problem that I have encountered with a TV that I recently purchased from your shop. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service that I have received so far.

The TV is a Videocon FRT567 and I bought it on 4th Jan 2023. However, just a week after my purchase, I began experiencing problems with the TV. The sound system is not fully functional and the pictures on the screen appear smaller than the normal size of the TV screen, even after adjusting the picture aspect ratio and settings from the menu.

I contacted your shop to inform you of these issues, but despite my repeated calls, no action was taken. I spoke with Sahil Biswas on 11th Jan 2023 and Rishav Chatterjee onon same day but they were not able to assist me with my problem.

Given the problems I have faced with the TV, I would like you to either send technicians to my home to repair the TV or to replace it with a new one. I believe that as a consumer, I have the right to expect a functional product and prompt service from your company.

I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take steps to rectify the situation. I would appreciate it if you could let me know what action you intend to take and a timeframe for resolution. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the new TV I recently purchased from your store. I bought a Sony Bravia TV with a 3 years warranty from Khosla Electronics on 29th Dec 2022. Unfortunately, it did not work as expected. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service I received from your staff.

The problem I am facing is that the Sound system of the TV is not fully functional. On top of that, the pictures on the screen look smaller than the normal size of the TV screen, even after changing the picture aspect ratio/setting from the menu. I had high expectations for this TV and it was a significant investment for me.

When I called your shop to inform about the problem, I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately, no action was taken, even after calling your staff repeatedly. I was disappointed with the lack of response from your customer service team and the lack of effort to rectify the situation.

I am writing to request that you take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I would like you to either send some technicians over to my place to fix my TV or replace it with a new TV within a week. I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide me with the satisfactory solution.
