Band 7 IELTS Letter

Respectes Sir,

Regarding a deposit transaction problem, I'm writing this letter to you. I'm Indranil Ghosh, and I spent a week at your bed & breakfast. I want to start by saying thank you for an absolutely wonderful visit. It was soothing and cosy, exactly what was required. I genuinely appreciate how helpful and nice you were, going above and beyond to fulfil my requests.

However, inspite of all the scenic beauty, I have faced a nuisance from the staff members of yours. When I logged into my bank account after arriving home today, I saw that the deposit for your property had been charged twice. When I reserved the accommodation online, the directions stated that there would be an additional fee for the deposit. This would be reimbursed to me at the conclusion of my stay when the host had given her approval. It appears that I was double-charged for it instead. It was not at all a customer friendly behavior which I have received from your staffs.

As a result, I'm writing to request a refund of the second deposit payment to my account. Again, if you require my bank information, I would be happy to offer it. It will be very helpful if you consider this case and do the needful in this regards. I sincerely appreciate your assistance and replies in advance.

Yours sincerely,
Indranil Ghosh

Band 6.5 IELTS Letter

Respected Sir,

I'm writing to tell you about the wonderful time I had at your beautiful hotel, as well as the helpful personnel who never said no to any request. I travelled from Lebanon to spend the holidays in your nation with my family, and by a stroke of luck, we decided to stay at your hotel. Knowing that one of my three children is three years old, I went with my spouse and the other two. When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff members were really accommodating. Also, one of them assisted us by watching my kids while I completed the registration procedure. My kids were having fun in the kids' area. Despite the picturesque surroundings, your staff members from the bedding and breakfast department have bothered me. After getting home today, I entered into my bank account and discovered that the deposit for your property had been charged twice. The online reservation instructions made it clear that there will be an extra charge for the deposit. I would receive a refund for this when my stay was over and the host had granted her consent. Instead, it seems like I got charged twice for it. It was definitely not a customer-friendly response I got from your personnel.

Because of this, I'm writing to ask for a return of the second deposit payment made to my account. Once more, if you need my bank account information, I'd be happy to provide it. Consider this situation, and take the necessary action in this regard. I greatly appreciate your help and any early responses.

Yours sincerely,
Sinjini Guha

Band 6 IELTS Letter

Respected Madam,

I'm writing to you about a deposit transaction issue. My name is Amartya Dasgupta, and I stayed at your bed and breakfast for a week. I want to start by expressing my gratitude for such a lovely visit. It was undoubtedly pleasant and calming, just what was needed. I sincerely appreciate how kind you were, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I loved the scenic beauty both inside and outside your hotel.

Since I've been here, I've had a lot of fun, so I wanted to share my thoughts about your hotel. First of all, your hotel has the best position in the city's centre, which adds to the value of your establishment.Despite the lovely surroundings, your staff members from the bedding and breakfast department have disturbed me. When I got home today, I logged into my bank account and saw that your property's deposit had been charged twice. It was made explicit in the online reservation instructions that there will be an additional fee for the deposit. When my stay was over and the host had given her permission, I would get a reimbursement. It appears that I was billed twice for it instead. I received a response and hospitslity from your staff that was absolutely not nice toward customers.

In light of this, I'm writing to request a refund of the second deposit payment that was deposited into my account. Once more, I'd be pleased to give you the details of my bank account. Take into account this scenario and act as is essential in this regard. I sincerely appreciate your assistance and any prompt replies.

Yours sincerely,
Amartya Dasgupta
