Dear Sarrah,
Hello, how are you? I'm writing to apologize for being unable to make it to your birthday celebration. I went there, nevertheless, to attend business conferences, training sessions, and workshops. Due to consequences, what was originally supposed to be a one-week trip to Malaysia became a two-month excursion. Additionally, while I was in Malaysia, I went to a lot of well-known locations there to spread the word. About the product my business had just introduced there.
In addition, I sincerely apologize for messing up your birthday celebration. I always accepted all of your invites, so I have a plan to attend your surprise party. Dear Keisten,
Hope everything is good for you. In spite of my great attempts and intentions, I was unable to attend the party you hosted approximately a week ago, so please accept my sincere apologies.
And the reason I was unable to attend your celebration is that I had to leave town a day before. It was scheduled so that I could spend some time with my youngest uncle. By the way, my uncle, who lives and works abroad, recently and rather unexpectedly arrived in the nation for a brief stay. He asked me to go with him and perform in a few choruses before he left the town.
I had hoped to make that to your party, but due to my efforts to assist my uncle with his vacation. And choir commitments, things became a little crazy in the end. Also, there were a few things that my uncle wanted to purchase before going back. It has been a long time since I met my uncle. Also after my aunt passed away, it was very important to not let him feel alone. So, I spent the entire weekend with him.
Of course, I'm now free. Therefore, how about going fishing and a picnic this weekend? It will undoubtedly be equally as enjoyable as previously. Also, I am sending a present for you with this letter. I am very excited to meet you soon and have a fun weekend with you.

How have you been? I hope you are in good health. I am writing this letter to apologize for not being able to attend your birthday celebration. I was being called by my mother because of the hospitalization of my grandfather. He had a heart stroke and he was in a critical situation. There was no one except my mother and younger brother.
So, it was very urgent and important for me to go there. However, due to timely hospitalization my grandfather is all fine now. But they needed me there. I feel really sorry for not being able to attend your party. However, if you are free this weekend, I would like to visit you. It's been a long time since I visited California. Also, it's been a long while since we met. I hope it will be a fun weekend. We can go around different places like casinos, clubs and parks. It will be great to spend time with you and it will also be your birthday celebration. We will do a lot of chit-chat and I have to tell you all about m y life nowadays.
