I want to draw your attention by briefing you about a particular issue due to transportation. In this letter, I want to convey the issues faced by many of my neighbors due to the insufficient number of bus depots near Kadamtala, Behala. 

There have been a lot of nuisances happening every day for this. Every day, I along with my neighbors had to walk for a long time in order to visit the bus depot. For this, we reach our office very late, creating a bad impact on the seniors of office. It implies that in order to reach early at the bus depot, I have to wake up with the first ray of the sun. It is because it is at a very distant location from our locality. My energy is getting exhausted before my start of work just from walking for too long itself. It is the reason why I am not getting enough sleep and sufficient resting and time to spend with my family in my home. Hence, I request you to inaugurate a bus depot at least about 150 meters from my locality. I along with my neighbors will be highly assisted if this happens.

On weekdays, I ride your buses to and from my office. I am writing to call your attention to a few significant concerns that have affected me and other commuters who utilize your service. I hope you will address these concerns as soon as possible. 

To begin, your buses have been experiencing repeated delays in recent weeks, hurting our ability to arrive at work on time. To make matters worse, a few buses fail to arrive at all. I had to wait for more than an hour on several occasions before hailing a cab to get to my office. This predicament requires me and many other passengers to either ride the overcrowded bus and stand the entire journey or wait for the next bus. If this continues, I feel it will erode people's trust in your bus service. Henceforth, it would be many kinds and assistance if you kindly add on a few more transportation vehicles to create hassle-free transportation and avoid queues. If this occurs, my neighbors and I will be much aided.

I recognize that this is not the type of letter you would like to see from commuters who use your company's transportation, but I am forced to write it. We, the citizens of Agarpara, are experiencing some frustrating challenges with our public transportation system. 

It is the transportation system that we rely on almost every day. In spite of having a sizable population, your company only has a few public buses in Agarpara. Also, those few buses are just insufficient to take people to their preferred locations on time. To make matters even more problematic, a couple of bus drivers have become a little too old for their positions. Therefore, as a result, they occasionally fail to attend to their duties. They leave many inhabitants utterly unaware of how or when they would arrive at their destinations. This is hardly an ideal condition, especially for those who must commute to work every day. 

Therefore, I would like to propose that you put additional public buses on our roads right once. It is also requested to put enough qualified and competent drivers, to ensure a seamless commuting system in our town. I hope that you will do the needful in this regard at your earliest convenience.
