Finding a trustworthy job as a fresher might be difficult. Since, businesses often choose workers with a history of employment in reputable companies and suitable work experience. But this pattern has to be reversed. For the following reasons, I believe that the government should encourage businesses to choose young people when they require new hires.

First of all, there are a lot of educated young people out of work around the world. For instance, there are many educated young people in my native Pakistan. Many young people with advanced degrees are looking for work, but many are having trouble finding it since businesses prefer experienced workers. They don't depend on the inexperienced recent grads. If this pattern holds, the unemployment rate will soon become unmanageable.

Additionally, young individuals won't get experience unless they engage in any kind of employment or professions. Employers ought to choose them in order to at least provide them experience in a certain sector. For recent graduates, compensation is not a given; instead, they require employment to demonstrate their abilities and get insight into the working world. A few years ago, there was no employment in Pakistan for someone with my level of experience. Finding a job after I graduated from the University of Karachi proved to be quite challenging. Nearly all job postings said that candidates must have at least three years of professional experience.If the government doesn't encourage businesses to recruit recent graduates, many of them will get sad and commit crimes.

To wrap up the discussion, I believe that the only entity that can act to alter the current circumstances is the government. Even still, a lot of young people with education are looking for work. Nearly everywhere in the globe, the situation is the same. Youths' moral decline is inevitable if they aren't given attention in the work market. While hiring, firms ought to strike a balance.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Young individuals who lack prior employment are increasingly finding it difficult to get employment. There should be laws encouraging employers to select fresh graduates for available positions. I believe that employers look for workers who possess a particular degree of competence in a set of domain-related abilities. It can only be acquired via practical experience.

First off, it is true that individuals with no work history find it difficult to get jobs. These are sometimes compelled to work hard for unpaid internships in order to gain experience. Government-approved paid internship programmes are necessary so that recent graduates. They may work side by side with experienced professionals who can mentor them. They offer them assignments that will help them develop and reveal their intrinsic ability to fulfil the necessary duties. For instance, all Canadian colleges require that the last year of any undergraduate degree be devoted to developing students' task-related abilities. This would enable smooth entrance into the job market as a candidate.

Second, governments have to make an effort to enact regulations that encourage the development of innovation hubs in all colleges. This enables college students to get the necessary knowledge and skills by starting their own business and solving issues. As a result, they will have experience working in their field once they graduate and will comprehend the job market far better than a recent graduate. For instance, the government-mandated N.E.S.T programmes in Canada encourage people to attempt and create products and provide funding up to the prototype stage. Because they have shown their untapped potential to companies, the majority of participants in this programme have had a greater likelihood of finding employment.

In conclusion, I think that a university education alone is not sufficient to compete in the market. But rather the encouragement of skill acquisition through the creation of a startup or paid internships. This aid in developing the maturity and skills necessary to remain competitive in their industry

Band 8 IELTS Essay

It is difficult to find a trustworthy job as a fresher. The businesses prefer individuals who have worked in reputable organisations in the past and have appropriate work experience. However, this tendency should be reversed. For the following reasons, I believe the government should encourage firms to hire young people when they need new employees.

To begin with, a big number of educated adolescents are unemployed in many regions of the world. For example, in my own country of Pakistan, there are a lot of educated young people. A large number of highly educated young people are looking for work but are unable to find it since businesses want skilled hands. They do not rely on inexperienced new grads. If this pattern continues, the unemployment rate will quickly spiral out of control.

Furthermore, unless young people are active in any kind of employment or professions, they will not get experience. Employers should choose them at least to get experience in a certain sector. For recent grads, salary is not a given; they need a job to demonstrate their abilities and get experience in the workplace. A few years ago, there was no employment for a rookie like myself in Pakistan. When I graduated from the University in Karachi, it was quite difficult for me to find work. Almost all job postings demanded that candidates have at least three years of work experience. If the government fails to encourage enterprises to recruit new grads, many of them will get sad and commit crimes.

To summarise, I believe that only the government can interfere to fix the situation. Despite this, a big number of educated young people are looking for work. Around the world, the situation is nearly the same. If youngsters are overlooked in the labour market, moral decay is simply a matter of time. While recruiting, firms should strike a balance.
