The role of AI and robotics in modern lifestyle has recently been the subject of a wide variety of discussion. Because new technological advancements are made every day in the current period, science has had great success in this area. A robot is one of them, and it is the most significant and the object of everyone's fascination.

It is a type of machine that has an appearance similar to that of a human being and functions in accordance with commands fed into its memory. Robots unquestionably have a significant role in the modern world. This is so that they can operate for extended periods of time without getting weary and do so more effectively. Additionally, it boosts output. For instance, we can programme instructions into a robot's memory to operate a printing press. And the robot will complete the operation without stopping or being interrupted. Additionally, one robot can perform the work of multiple humans, which not only reduces the need for labour but also speeds up production. Contrarily, it's been said that robots have some drawbacks—the most significant of which is that they cause joblessness. Everybody wants to make money in this materialistic world so they can save it for the future, but robots get in the way by causing complications. Furthermore, it is run by people and lacks true intelligence, which accounts why occasionally surprising results are produced. In summary, we can say that although robots have a significant role in the world and are useful to humanity, they cannot completely replace people. Nevertheless, there may be some possible risks. The question of whether or not these so-called robots can completely replace human labour is also still up for debate.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

With the assistance of artificial intelligence, the technology of intelligent machines advances remarkably. Robots, also referred to as steel-collar employees, are frequently used in a variety of contexts. It includes space exploration, marine research, and some contemporary production lines. Unquestionably, robots provide benefits, but they are also less adaptable than could be assumed. Robots provide a plethora of benefits. Robotics in manufacturing reduces the need for human labour on assembly lines.

In industrialised countries, robot use is common. Robots now make up one in every ten thousand employees in Japan, which increases accuracy while also increasing working efficiency. Robots are so common in the production lines for electronics and the automobile sector because of this. Another benefit is that robots can work in hazardous conditions or in locations that are inaccessible to humans in place of people. Humans have expanded their knowledge into the furthest reaches of the universe, where there are many unforeseeable threats. Regardless of how bad the atmosphere is, robots can operate under any circumstance. Robotic surgeons operate on patients in hospitals in the capacity of licensed medical professionals. Robots are also capable of working continuously without ever experiencing fatigue. Robotics do have some drawbacks, though, which cannot be denied. First off, humans are responsible for creating all robots and other intelligent machines. Robots merely execute the pre-programmed instructions that humans have given them. Robots will devolve into useless tools if there is a problem with the electric circuit or software. In addition, when presented with complex situations, robots are unable to think creatively. Robots serve as humans' assistants, to put it simply. Robots will never completely replace humans and have a significant impact on our job and daily lives, no matter how skilled they are in a variety of fields. In conclusion, while incorporating robotics into our daily lives may have some drawbacks, doing it carefully can greatly improve our quality of life.

One of the industries with the quickest growth rates in the modern period is robotics. Realising the potential future of this technology, numerous firms and nations are making significant investments in this subject. On the one hand, it offers a number of benefits. First and foremost, using robots really requires less work from humans to complete challenging or hazardous activities.

Reducing human deaths as much as possible in industries like mines and oil refineries is tremendously beneficial. For instance, Chinese coal mines are well known for having poor safety regulations. Recently, robots have been used in the field to replace two thirds of the labour previously performed by people. Consequently, there was a significant decrease in human casualties. Second, as these tasks require a high degree of precision and accuracy, robots are commonly used in industries like aerospace technology and weapon creation. Additionally, robots are displacing human soldiers on the front lines of battle in militaries all around the world. Moreover, recent developments in artificial intelligence have made it feasible to create robots that are human-like and are capable of doing some hard tasks. Such technological advancements are creating the groundwork for the complete replacement of humanity. However, no technology is flawless, and robotics technology is not exempt from flaws. Robots are susceptible to cyberattacks like hacking and virus attacks just like the internet is. Therefore, we cannot delegate all of our responsibilities to robots and then go to sleep. Since anyone could seize control of the robots and direct them to perform jobs that they have not been given. Additionally, AI creates autonomous robots that think and behave on their own without the aid of written codes, which can occasionally endanger people. Finally, there are a lot of benefits and drawbacks to robot technology. However, technology may benefit humanity greatly if it is applied responsibly.
