In some cases, older people might also not be flexible and very willing to communicate with their juniors. They started judging the juniors based on their lack of experience, which further leaves young people confused when trying to reach out to older people.

It can be resolved by unlocking more channels of communication. Implanting a willingness to learn and an open-minded attitude among both younger and older people can be beneficial for the betterment of their communication. In workplaces, two-way mentorship programs can be introduced allowing young people to mitigate the hurdle of generational differences.
