A working person's life is extremely dependent on job satisfaction. A person's working life is joyful when done properly and effectively. Many people in diverse underdeveloped countries consider employment to be an unnecessary luxury that they cannot afford. In this essay, I'll go into the causes behind this as well as the reasons I think having a fulfilling career is essential to living a happy life.

The first issue is that many emerging countries have a high unemployment rate because of a weak economy and an overabundance of people. Due to the complexity of the procedure and the amount of time and effort required, finding a job is a difficult task. Although after landing a job, the stress of having to perform and compete with coworkers also worries the person and causes some stress. For instance, recruiters receive 500 or more resumes in India for a single post, making the pressure to land a job one of the most stressful phases. People thus consider having work to be more crucial than being happy in their current position. Second, I think that in order to be successful at a work, you need to be happy with it. The rationale for this is that it improves employee motivation and helps them complete their tasks effectively. For instance, a person who is unfulfilled will perform poorly and experience mental stress as a result of being unhappy at work. For instance, businesses that have taken steps to encourage job satisfaction. Especially by soliciting ongoing suggestions for employee improvements that have lower attrition rates and more hospitable workplaces. Additionally, people anticipate continual reinforcement from their jobs, such as bonuses or recognition events, to contribute more effectively to the business. In conclusion, a lot of people don't think about seeking fulfillment; they just think that having a job is enough. However, I think that job satisfaction is more important because it aids employees in performing well in the workplace and achieving future career success.

In my perspective, improving workplace well-being is essential to lowering the rate of high labour turnover. Instead of thinking about other factors that contribute to job happiness, such as decent working conditions and professional advancement. They would prefer to take employment with good compensation. For example, a recent TUC survey found that 85% of workers in developing countries are not satisfied with their current jobs. The aforementioned justification demonstrates that in underdeveloped countries, occupational happiness is regarded as a luxury. Task accomplishment is crucial in lowering the rate of excessive labour turnover. Both the labour employer and the employee will gain from this. As a result, the organisation's short- and long-term goals will be furthered by the ability of the business owner to retain the best employees. This will result in greater business expansion and increased firm profitability. Due to their ability to focus and advance, the employee will also be able to advance their career. For instance, many individuals who are employed by MNCs continue in their jobs for a long time since MNCs care about the wellbeing of their employees. In conclusion, activity fulfillment is crucial for both employees and employers who want to advance.

Band 8 IELTS essay

Workplace happiness has become a major concern in the modern world. It is accurate to say that obtaining a stable job in a third world country would be challenging. This essay will examine the root causes of this tendency and provide evidence to back up the claim that job happiness is just as important as other aspects. However, it can be challenging for people to find rewarding employment in a wide range of developing nations where manual labour is in high demand.

This is due to the fact that job happiness is significantly less important in these countries than the magnitude of the income. To live a reasonable standard of living and make as much money as they can, the majority of them have this goal. Or, if they have a better chance of pursuing tertiary education, they still have to fight with thousands of other people for the same employment. In order to meet their fundamental requirements, maintain themselves, and provide for their families, they consequently consider having money. And having solid work is the most important thing. The notion that job satisfaction is just as vital as money or holding down a job, though, is one that I also agree with. First off, rather than the amount of money they make, their professional success, the skills they acquire. And the position they attain is what gives them the most job happiness. A person's ability to climb the career ladder in the future is facilitated by almost necessary factors. Every person's job path should have this as a long-term objective. For instance, a senior engineer in Deloitte, a top-ranking company with a significant income, has quit his work. He was one of my university classmates. Following that, he pursued his desired career, creating a successful startup in the agricultural sector. As a result, candidates' key factors when choosing a career today include their level of job satisfaction. On the other hand, over the long run, these factors can be viewed as crucial.
