What the activity is?

Each and every individual perform some exercise that is beneficial as well as enjoyable for them. It is very important to keep ourselves engaged in certain activities which can help our body and mind to be healthy. It is very beneficial in a long-term process. Today, I am gonna discuss a particular thing through which I can maintain good health. It is dance.

When you do it?

I engage myself in the exercise of dance whenever I get a chance. However, I usually practice this early in the morning before my breakfast. It helps me to keep my mind and heart in a tranquil state. It is a very enjoyable exercise for me. It perishes all my work stresses away. I used to get into my workplace with a refreshing mind for engaging myself in dance prior to going for my workplace.

How often you do it?

During the time of the COVID pandemic, I got confused about what exercise should I keep myself engaged with. It keeps my health conditions good. It is a kind of exercise I love and enjoys doing. Generally, I engage myself with this exercise at least 3 times a day on my working days. On weekends, I practice this exercise at least 4 times.

Why it is a good way to look after your health/ why you'd recommend to others?

It is a kind of exercise that can keep our minds in a peaceful state. Both our heart and mind can remain in a good condition for this exercise. It is purely and highly recommendable for all the people out there to engage themselves in dance. It is a very prominent method through which a person can look after and maintain the healthiness of their body.

Everyone wishes to live a healthy life, yet many people struggle to make that wish a reality. It is understandable that many people struggle to find time for themselves and partake in activities.I would recommend it to anyone searching for a means to maintain their fitness. The exercise is known as brisk walking.

When you do it?

It is the exercise, I engage myself whenever I get a chance. It provides one of the most simple and mild kinds of physical activity. Anyone can start walking as soon as they put on their comfy clothes and walking shoes. There are numerous advantages to brisk walking for both physical and mental health. Also, it can aid in easing and managing the signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression.

How often you do it?

Aside from the obvious health benefits, brisk walking allows people to explore new places or enjoy nature. My morning walks used to be something I particularly looked forward to because they gave me the chance to explore my neighborhood. I would also try to incorporate walking into my every day activities by using the stairs rather than the elevator.

Consequently, when the epidemic began, I was unable to go on my usual walks. When the world began to open up, I decided to make the most of the situation by taking a stroll around my patio. Thus, I want to recommend each and every people to engulf themselves in this particular activity.

Similar to everyone else, I want to be healthy while also having fun. The issue is that we can't truly appreciate life unless we occasionally like doing something wholesome. Of course, everyone has a different favorite healthy activity, but in my opinion, swimming is the best.

When you do it?

Swimming is something I enjoy. In fact, swimming was one of my greatest joys as a child, and I nearly never let a summer day go by without going for a swim.One of the best things about living in the country's countryside is that everyone who enjoys swimming can surely be invited to its natural lakes or rivers.

How often you do it?

On a daily basis, I get up early and walk for an hour. I spend the next 30 minutes swimming in the local river before beginning my day. I have had a healthy practice of getting up early and exercising afterward since I was a young child.

Why it is a good way to look after your health/ why you'd recommend to others?

Regardless, I believe swimming is a healthy sport since it requires every part of our body to work in perfect sync with one another. This exercise helps us in order to keep us afloat in the water. Therefore, it is undoubtedly a highly healthy habit to swim in fresh water. A healthy body and mind go hand in hand, and this habit I've developed is quite beneficial for maintaining both.
