Model Answer 1

What way of relaxing it is?

Different people view relaxation in different ways. Some people like to unwind alone in a quiet place, while others, on the other hand, prefer to remain in the company of others. For better or worse, I find that the best way to unwind is to curl up on the couch and watch TV, either by myself or with others.

Where and when you usually do this?

I'm not sure when this notion of relaxation first entered my head. But I believe it did so during my time in high school when I used to watch my father unwind in front of the TV. The TV was placed in our living room while he sipped hot tea and watched intriguing TV shows.

However, if arrangements were made for some tasty refreshments. Especially if they were homemade by my mother or sister-in-law, these 2 hours might easily turn into 3. In fact, there are times when I prefer unwinding in this manner. It is even more when my entire family is around since I can then discuss all of my hobbies, issues, and frustrations with them. After all, what could be more calming than letting your loved ones listen to you express your frustration? By the way, while some people like to unwind outside, I find that my house is the perfect place for me to do so.

Who you usually do it with?

Nevertheless, spending time like this at home is calming for me, partly because my house is where I feel the most emotionally safe. In addition, when I unwind at home and watch a variety of stimulating TV shows. I am intellectually stimulated, and for me, being intellectually stimulated is just as much fun as making fun of friends and family. Finally, the fact that I can always be "myself" at home rather than attempting to be "someone else" in public. It is another reason I appreciate this method of relaxation.

Model Answer 2

What way of relaxing it is?

I truly enjoy taking little breaks throughout the day. So, after working for about an hour, I would get up from my chair, take a few short walks, and drink some water. And then simply fully close my eyes for a while and feel pleased with the work I had accomplished.

Where and when you usually do this?

For nearly everything, I do it. Consequently, it could happen when I'm working, playing, or even studying. It is crucial for me since, in my opinion, taking a break for ten minutes every hour not only enables me to work more. But also keeps me from becoming worn out by the type of job I perform.

Who you usually do it with?

Being relaxed helps me be more devoted to and focused on my profession as a software developer. Despite the fact that many people go out and unwind with their friends. I prefer to conduct this activity on my own. Since it allows me to enjoy the peace and quiet without having to engage in conversation and return to work with a fresh perspective.

It works for me since I'm not the kind of person who can put in a lot of work. However, I also need to fulfil some aspirations I have. I feel as though I am spending valuable time with my family and getting to sometimes unwind thanks to this hourly break. Because of this, I'm able to work without feeling worn out or overwhelmed.

Model Answer 3

What way of relaxing it is?

We are generally stressed out in this mechanical environment, and eventually we need to unwind. On routine days, I typically meditate when I feel too stressed.

I adapt to meditate to relieve tension from my body and mind when it becomes intolerable for me at work or in any other circumstances. I can quickly get rid of the tension thanks to this, which is incredibly useful. Because I have several opportunities to reflect on various issues in a serene and quiet setting. Because the answers I come up with are remarkable, it is also good for the growth of my mental faculties. I practise meditation at various times throughout the day because it is not a lengthy procedure.

Where and when you usually do this?

I do it once I get up most days, however occasionally I also do it during office breaks.

A good method for relaxing is meditation. When I am at a deep level of meditation, all of my limbs and body parts become relaxed. Since I have been practising for a while, I can go to the deep level quickly. And when I wake up from the meditation, my body and mind feel deeply refreshed. The practice of meditation is quite easy and takes no additional effort. I simply sit in my office chair with my hands crossed over my chest. I continue to breathe deeply for two to three minutes.

Who you usually do it with?

It is the simplest approach to unwind, and you don't need any special equipment, venues, or further preparations for it. Simple meditation may be done while seated or lying on the floor or in bed. However, sitting is a pleasant position for meditation. I also enjoy it for other reasons. Controlling your negative emotions, such as anger, irritation, or resentment, is a benefit of meditation. It unlocks the gate of tranquility, through which all of your unpleasant feelings may be easily expelled. Additionally, regular meditation practice will maintain you physically healthy and make you appear younger than your real age.
