How you know about this company?
In my opinion, a small web design and development company in my city is a successful business. This company's name is ‘Accenture’. It was founded only three years ago by two young IT graduates.
What they produce or do?
It has proven to be a successful firm because, in three years, it has swiftly expanded and currently has two offices with more than 30 people. They have a good clientele, and because one of the proprietors is personally known to me, I know they are profitable. Last year, they were recognised as a promising IT firm. Also, their success stories, as well as two of their world-class products, were featured in a local newspaper.
Why you think it is successful?
I personally know the owners, and the firm headquarters is close to my house. I have visited this company several times. So, I am familiar with many aspects of it, such as the type of work they perform, who works for them, what their products are, and so on.
How you think it became successful?
There were just 5 employees, including the owners, when they started the businesses. They only had a couple of clients, and their office was in their home. In three years, they have worked hard and achieved several successes, including office and employee expansion, output, and income.

This is an interesting question because I believe the answer I will provide reflects what I consider to be success. To me, being a successful business isn't always about making the owner rich or growing the firm larger each year; it may also be about other things.
What they produce or do?
The company is being run by one of my closest pal. We met at a running club. She creates exquisite handmade biscuits. The biscuits themselves are great, but it's not so much about the food as it is about how she designs and presents them. She will produce unique shaped and decorated biscuits to request in any pattern or theme.
Why you think it is successful?
I presume the company's success is due to a number of factors. Because the real cost of the components is relatively low, the overheads aren't prohibitively high, and my buddy is able to provide value through her artwork. She can also send her biscuits through the mail, and they travel and preserve well. It allows her to supply all over the world - in principle, an unlimited market.
How you think it became successful?
It is wonderful that she has made a success of her business idea. Side by side, the company has developed sufficiently for her to hire a part-time assistant to assist her during busy periods. These features, according to me highlights that it is a successful small company.

I live in a city of roughly 2 million people. Despite the fact that it is not a large commercial city, it boasts a considerable number of local enterprises and companies. Those have achieved remarkable fame and success. Today, I would want to discuss one such organisation that has done exceptionally well in its field. It is Nahoum’s Bakery Company in New Market. I came to know about it through my cousin who is a part of it.

The famed Nahoum's bakery is like stepping back in time. This bakery is one of India's oldest and one of the city's few remaining Jewish bakeries. Their hallmark meals are so delectable that just thinking about them makes one's mouth water. Along with making different kinds of cakes, they are also involved in making brownies, macaroons and chocolate fudge.
Why you think it is successful?
This bakery facility, as far as I know, is open almost every day, although having varying opening and closing hours throughout the week. This bakery company, located in one of my town's corners. It sells its products not only to its hometown but also to a number of other shops outside of its own town.
How you think it became successful?
I had a firm belied that it accomplished its heights by retaining the high quality of their products. Furthermore, it is successful because it never hesitates to diversify its products at different periods of the year.
