Who the person is?

I believe each and every person has atleast one person in their lives, whom they consider to be their role model. My older brother Kaustav Ganguly, who I would like to collaborate with in the future, is the family member I would like to do so. He is the head of our family since he is an excellent manager and has an excellent sense of humour. My brother manages several tasks very well and completes them with the utmost devotion. Since his school days, he has excelled in many areas, earning numerous medals and accolades. He is currently employed in the St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital. He is currently pursuing his post-doc there and maintains an honourable position there. My entire family is incredibly proud of his accomplishments.

Have you ever worked with the person before?
I regret that I never had the opportunity to work professionally with him, but I can still clearly remember a moment when he planned a family gathering and I witnessed him giving it him all. We decided to hold a surprise party for our parents on their wedding anniversary. My older brother took the lead and handled all of the planning by himself; I tried to lend a hand, but he didn't need one. It ended up being one of the most amazing things I have ever seen, and after realising how talented my big brother is, I began to appreciate his work.

What kinds of work you would like to do with the person?

My brother is a master of many skills, and I would like to learn from her in a variety of areas, including baking, painting, and many other things. But more specifically, management abilities, as he excels at overseeing events. So I suppose I would be quite happy to assist him and learn new management techniques that would ultimately at the end of the day enable me to enhance my skill set.

The fact that we are currently working on a business that will be handled by us makes me believe that my desire to work with him is soon to be fulfilled. I believe I would have many opportunities to pick up new abilities, both personally and professionally, under his direction and encouragement.
