We have to fill in all the details given to us in our mail and with the required documents we have to submit them to a hostel for hostel registration.

Read Full ReviewDespite being one of the youngest, NIT Andhra Pradesh is better than many NITs and competing with the top ones.
NIT Andhra Pradesh is one of the fastest-growing NITs with decent academics and placements.
NIT Tadepalligudem, also known as NIT Andhra, is a good institute for undergraduate programs in engineering. Being a newer NIT, there are some advantages and disadvantages of studying in the institute, and some of them are listed below in the key highlights.
Key Highlights:
Therefore, NIT Andhra is a good institute, where students are quite sure to overcome the little difficulties in living inside the campus and be decent engineers after their graduation.
It is quite unreachable and good faculty is not available too for teaching on time. My sister studies at one of the old NITs which are much better as far as networking and alumni support are concerned; they are better than the NIT you're enquiring about. Its ranking is not clearly available on major ranking platforms also.
Apart from this, you may want to note these down-
However, NIT is still in its developing phase, it has the potential to become as successful as its other namesakes but being new, permanent faculty is still to be recruited, some equipment is missing too, but being dedicated you might excel even there.
Now, I hope you'd understand that there are much better institutes in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana like JNTUH, JNTUK, IIT Hyderabad, IIIT Hyderabad etc. Well-known companies would actually like to recruit from these institutions rather than from NIT AP.
Both are very popular institutions in India. NIT Andhra Pradesh carries a brand tag, which might prove to be beneficial further in your career. It will obviously be a better highlight in your resume than only Andhra University.
It is suggested that you opt for either NIT AP or Andhra University, whichever suits your requirements. Here’s mentioning some points that might help you select:
Ultimately it won't matter if you join NIT AP or Andhra University. The only thing that will matter is your dedication to your studies and how you enhance your skills to get success in your career.
IIIT Sri City is way too better when compared to NIT Andhra Pradesh considering the fact that both of these are fairly new institutions. IIIT Sri City is older when compared to NIT-AP. Academic facilities are amazing IIIT Sri City and there is an on-campus hostel facility too. I have a few friends at IIIT Sri City, and I have heard good things about the institute from them.
Here is a brief overview of the institutes.

If you are from AP, you can visit both the campuses and assess which is better for you
You can opt for NIT Andhra Pradesh. Now, you may be hesitant about choosing it because it is 2 years younger than IIIT Guwahati. But NIT Andhra Pradesh has both a very good location and faculty. The location of your institute matters since there are few companies that clearly do not visit the North East for placements. Even though IIIT Guwahati does not qualify to be at a very remote location, you will definitely have better options at NIT Andhra Pradesh.
Here are some details about the institutes.

The 2 years gap does not necessarily make noticeable differences, but the location does. For example, NIT Goa is only 7 years old but still has notable placement stats only because of its favorable location. So, if you want to enroll in IIIT, then either IIIT, Trichy, or Sri City can be considered better than IIIT Guwahati. IIIT Guwahati also had poor placements for CSE in recent years.
The final decision is yours, but NIT Andhra is definitely a better choice.
My brother recently got enrolled at NIT AP and as per his experience, the department's faculty is amiable and supportive. You'll face absolutely no issues with the theoretical part of the department.
Being a new institute, the students are visiting other local colleges for practicals and laboratories. Most of them visited NIT Warangal which gave them good exposure to ultra-modern infrastructure. Currently, there are only basic laboratories and construction is ongoing for the development of the same. The administrative authority is supportive and cooperative.
NIT AP is full of opportunities and the branch would yield better results if you choose to study in one of the top-5 NITs. You can be in touch with a student of the college, which will help you with an in-depth understanding.
One of my friends suggests that IIIT Sri City can be a better option than NIT Tadepalligudem. The reason behind her suggesting the same is because the curriculum of IIIT Sri City stands out from NIT Tadepalligudem.
The curriculum of IIIT Sri City has been adopted from IIIT Hyderabad, helping it become more distinct than the other. The directors at IIIT Sri City are from IIIT Hyderabad. It is situated in an area that is one of India’s fastest developing SEZ.

In recent years, most of the IIITs are doing exceptionally well on the grounds of academics, curriculum, faculty, and more, unlike others. In a nutshell, students who are graduating from this institute are acquiring opportunities in pursuing their post-graduation in some of the most reputed universities, such as CMU.
In addition, the infrastructure of the institute is also developing at a faster pace than most of the other institutes which are recently established as well.
When people discuss colleges, they mainly focus on the placement opportunities that a college has to offer and the alumni base it has established.
If you can get admission into one of the old NITs then it would be suggested not to opt for NIT Andhra Pradesh as the college is not among the Top 15 NITs of the country.
