To get your degree certificate, you have to visit BU, the Janana Barathi campus, near Kengeri. Go to the Parikhsha Bhavan, which is near the administrative block. Enquire about your certificate there. In there Parikhsha Bhavan, there is a marks card section, you should get your certificate there. The staff will help you with this.

The process of getting transcripts from Bangalore University is as follows.  You can get the application form for transcripts on the official website - Bangalore University Transcript. Most of the classes are taken by Research students. There is no proper management. The exam results are delayed most of the time. The syllabus is not upgraded catering to the latest trends in the industry. Bus service is not provided. The canteen is not clean and well maintained. Most students choose to study in this college due to its brand and reputation. It is an older elite institute which they often think will be reliable.
