a) Minimum Requirement for Admission Pass in Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P. Ed) Degree course of Bangalore University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto, securing at least 50% Marks.
b) The age of candidates seeking admission to the M.P. Ed Degree course should be below 28 years as on 1st July of the year of admission, extendable up-to 30 years to outstanding sportspersons. Outstanding sportsperson means a candidate who has participated in recognized inter-University/interstate/international sports or games competitions. In case of in-service candidates (trained Physical Education Teachers and Coaches) age may be relaxed up to 35 years, subject to condition that they are medically fit. All candidates shall produce a medical fitness certificate issued by a Medical Officer of not less than the rank of District Surgeon.
c) The candidate should be appointed on the regular pay scale, immediately after completion probationary period minimum of 2 years of service as a Physical Education Teacher for joining as a in-service candidate (on Deputation). The candidate should be from Government/Aided Institutions (Schools and Colleges). A Certificate to this effect shall be signed by the concerned authority.
To get your degree certificate, you have to visit BU, the Janana Barathi campus, near Kengeri. Go to the Parikhsha Bhavan, which is near the administrative block. Enquire about your certificate there. In there Parikhsha Bhavan, there is a marks card section, you should get your certificate there. The staff will help you with this.
