PSU Recruitment through GATE : HPCL Cutoff (2018, 2017, 2016)

HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) has released the notification for the recruitment of graduate engineer trainee through GATE 2020. HPCL online application form will be available from December 2020 to February 2020 on HPCL official site.

  • After the declaration of GATE result, qualified candidates can apply for HPCL Recruitment through GATE 
  • The selection of candidates will be based on GATE Score.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview round which is conducted by HPCL. 
  • Every year GATE PSU Cut off vary changes according to GATE exam. This article is providing last four-year cut off marks for interview process in HPCL.

This year, GATE 2019 is scheduled for February 1, 2, 8 and 9, 2020 in online mode. The registration of  the exam is closed. Candidates can download GATE Admit Card from January 03, 2020. The exam consists of 65 questions to be solved within 3 hours.

HPCL GATE Previous Year Cutoff

The applicants of GATE 2020 can apply for HPCL Recruitment. The cutoff marks for all category is different. General category cutoff goes very high as compare to SC/ ST category. Here, the previous year PSU Cutoff for HPCL is mentioned in the table given below:

There are various factors on which GATE PSU Cut off depends. It may be increased or decreased this year. Candidates can go through the following points as mentioned below:

  • Total number of candidates appearing for GATE.
  • The total number of qualified candidates according to previous year cutoff marks.
  • Number of vacancies for all the posts.
  • Section wise difficulty level of examination.
  • Relative performance level of the candidates.
