The admissions to IIT Guwahati will be done on the basis of GATE 2020 Cutoff, Written test and Personal Interview (PI). First, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of GATE Cut off. After that, a final shortlisting list of candidates on the basis of Written Test and PI.
- Students have to fill their preferences for the counselling process on Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP).
- IIT Guwahati online Admission form can be downloaded from the official website also.
- Candidates having studied or passed B.Tech from IITs with a CPI of 7 can get direct admissions to IIT Guwahati
- Rest of all other candidates must have valid GATE 2020 Score.
