IIT Delhi conducted GATE 2020 XE- Engineering Sciences on February 2, 2020, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Overall difficulty level of GATE 2020 XE question paper was between moderate to difficult. GATE XE Question Paper consists of two sections- General Aptitude and XE- A to H.

GATE 2020 XE Paper Analysis

Candidates taking GATE XE exam can get the benefit from the analysis since they will have a better knowledge of the exam pattern and difficulty level.

  • There were a total 65 questions for 100 marks and 3 hours were allotted to solve the given questions.
  • Direct MCQs were also seen in the GATE XE 2020 paper.
  • Questions asked in the General Aptitude section were difficult.
  • Section A, Engineering Mathematics, was reported to be moderate to difficult in terms of difficulty level.
  • Section B of the question paper contains seven subjects from which applicants must select two. The difficulty level of the questions in this section is supposed to be moderate to difficult.
