Highest question were asked from Reservoir Engineering that is 9 questions for 2-marks.

GATE 2020 PE Question Paper consisted of 65 (multiple choice and numerical answer type) questions carrying a total of 100 marks. There were 30 questions of 1mark and 35 questions of 2 marks.

• Most of the questions in the GATE 2020 PE question paper were conceptual-based.
• A few students also found GATE 2020 PE Question paper to be lengthy in nature.
• Students were easily able to answer 60 questions in the whole paper.
• There were 3 sections – General aptitude, Engineering Mathematics and Subject-specific questions.
