BBNL Recruitment 2020: Job Profile

The job profile to offer by BBNL Recruitment through GATE 2020 is for Executive Trainees. BBNL Salary

The BBNL Executive Trainee salary for candidates selected through BBNL Recruitment through GATE is INR 16,400 – 3% – 40,500/-. Candidates will be required to sign a Service Agreement to work for at least 2 years from date of joining.  The probation period is included in the said 2 years. Any candidate failing to serve this period, will have to pay INR 3,00,000 to BBNL.

BBNL Recruitment 2020: Eligibility

To apply for BBNL Recruitment 2020, candidates must meet the following criteria:

If a candidate successfully fulfills the eligibility criteria of RRB Recruitment 2020, he may proceed for the registration process. There are certain re-requisites for applying online for RRB Recruitment through GATE 2020. They have been mentioned below:

Stage 1: GATE Registration Number Validation

Candidates can validate their GATE Registration Number by following the steps given below:

1. Enter GATE Registration Number as given on GATE 2020 admit card
2. Agree to the certification and continue ticking the check box
3. BBNL Online Registration Application Form Part 1is made available to be filled up online after successful validation
4. In BBNL Online Registration Application Form Part, candidates have to fill the details such as name as registered for GATE, father’s name, community, e-mail ID, mobile number, address for communication etc.
5. Name (as -2015), Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Community, Email ID, Mobile number, address for communication and other such information
6. To receive a PIN for verification purpose, candidates are required to provide a valid mobile number
7. A scanned passport size photograph is required to be uploaded by candidates. The photograph should be in .jpg/.jpeg format with a size not exceeding 100 kb. The dimensions of scanned photograph must be 4.5cm x 3.5 cm

Stage 2: Fill BBNL Online Application Form

The next stage for application process is BBNL Online Application Part II. For completion of this stage, the candidates are required to follow the steps given below:

1. Login with the GATE 2020 Registration Number as user ID and date of birth as password
2. Fill details regarding professional and educational qualifications and experience like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Community, Email ID, GATE-2020 Registration number, Mobile no., and address for communication/permanent address and other details.
3. The details should match that of 10th Class certificate. Applicant will not be able to proceed to the next step if they have not given valid GATE-2020 Registration ID, Email ID and mobile no.
4. On submission of details, an email will be received in the registered email-ID with a link for activation. Oon clicking the link, the registration process will proceed on to next stage.
5. Upload the scanned image of signature. The scanned image of signature should be in .jpg/.jpeg format with a size not exceeding 30 kb. The dimensions of scanned signature must be 4.5cm x 3.5 cm
6. Once a candidate has filled-in all these details, he may write about educational qualification/ experience (if required)

Stage 3: Application Fee Payment

Under this stage, the candidates are required to make BBNL online payment of application fee. It can be done either in online or offline mode. For BBNL online payment, the candidates can make payment of a sum of INR 500/- in addition to applicable transaction charges through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking.

The candidates, who wish to make payment of application fee offline, should follow the procedure given below:

1. Applicant can download the Punjab & Sind BANK Challan prefilled with their specific details and make the payment in any branch of Punjab & Sind Bank.
2. After making the payment the candidate may login again through the Applicant Login Menu and submit the form finally
3. Take a printout of completed BBNL application for future reference
4. Except for the online mode candidate have to wait for three days after making their payment for the verification to be completed.
5. Once the payment is validated, the BBNL registration ID will be generated and the candidate will not be able to edit the form thereafter. Accordingly candidates must verify the details filled up thoroughly before making the final submission of the application forms.

Stage 4- Print BBNL Application Form

Applicants can take the print out of their application for future reference. Only when the payment is verified, the Applicant will be able to print the applications.

The recruitment fee for applying for BBNL Recruitment through GATE 2020 is INR 500/- plus applicable bank transaction charges. SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates are exempted from payment of application fees. In case of online payment, transaction charges may also apply. BBNL Recruitment 2020: Selection Process

The selection process of BBNL Recruitment through GATE 2020 comprises of two factors:

• Interested & eligible candidates will have to appear for the Electronics and Communication (EC), Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) and Electrical Engineering (EE) Paper of GATE 2020. The marks secured in the EC/CS/EE paper of GATE 2020 carry the weight of 75%. The rest 25% is carried by a personal interview which is conducted in May-June.
• Candidates obtaining a valid GATE score (Marks out of 100) shall only be eligible for the next stage of selection. The score is valid only if the candidate obtains more than or equal to the qualifying marks as fixed for the corresponding EC/CS/ EE paper of GATE 2020.
• The selection process will include the Normalized Marks (Out of 100) obtained by the eligible candidates in the EC/CS/ EE paper of GATE 2020, followed by Personal Interview of the candidates who qualify in the GATE paper and are shortlisted category wise for interview.

Qualifying Marks in GATE 2020

The qualifying marks for GATE shall be as per the criteria adopted by the GATE 2020 conducting authority for different categories in different disciplines.

Shortlisting of Eligible candidates for Interview

• Qualified candidates shall be short-listed category-wise for Personal Interview, based on their normalized marks (Out of 100) in the corresponding EC/CS/ EE paper of GATE.

  *Besides the above mode of short listings, for preliminary short listing, Psychometric tests and / or any other selection tools/tests may be considered, at the sole discretion of management.

• Candidates shortlisted for the Interview shall be required to submit the documents as may be mentioned in their individual communication to be sent through e-mail/ Candidate login.

Empanelment of Candidates

• Based on the GATE Score and interview, candidates will only be adjudged suitable for empanelment. The Offer of Appointment shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of category wise merit and based on requirement.
• Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination and verification of their character and antecedents from concerned authorities for being found fit for employment in the company.
• Candidates must note that only GATE 2020 score (Normalized Marks out of 100) is valid for this recruitment process. GATE score of 2016 or prior is not valid.
• Also, participation in the various stages of recruitment/ selection process (GATE 2020, personal interview, psychometric or any other tests, pre-employment medical examination etc.) does not confer any right to an individual for employment with BBNL.
• All recruits are liable for transfer and posting anywhere in India as per company requirement.
