The NTA has extended the last date for the correction in the application form for NEET 2020. The candidates will be able to change or modify the application form from 1st April,’20. In the form correction window there are certain details that can be changed by the candidates. Also, if a candidate has missed the payment of application fee and the application process is incomplete then the fee can be paid by using the form correction window. The last date to pay the application fee is 14th April,’20 upto 11:50 p.m. Official notification regarding the form correction has been released by NTA.

Some notable instructions for the correction of application form are as follows:

• The correction window shall be available from 1st April,’20 to 14th April,’20 and the window will be closed by 5:00 p.m on 14th April
• If there is any change made in the subject then the additional fee needs to be paid
• The additional amount(if applicable) can be paid online through Debit/credit cards, net banking,e-wallets and UPI.
• All the details must be verified carefully as there shall not be any more extension in the date for the form correction.

How to Make NEET Form Correction:

It is suggested to the candidates that no further extension will be provided for the correction of application details. So the candidates must be very careful while filling up the application form.

The steps to edit the application form are mentioned below:

1. Log on to ntaneet.nic.in

2. Click on ‘candidate login’

3.  Click on ‘Click here for correction in NEET(UG)-2020 Application

4.  The form will appear on the screen and the candidate can edit the details

5. Submit the application form by clicking on “preview and submit”

6.  Enter the OTP sent on registered mobile number
7. Submit the application form
8. Print the application form/correction acknowledgment for future reference

Note: While submitting the application a window will appear asking about further modifications or submission. The submitted form cannot be edited again and so it is advised that be careful while editing the form.

• Personal details(name, parent’s name, medium of examination, details of identity proof.
• Centre for examination
• Academic details(marks obtained previously, name of school, board of examination etc)
• Contact details(address, phone number)
• Documents(photograph, signature and any other)
