NEET 2023 exam city intimation slip mentions only the test city where the allotted exam center is going to be located. The complete details of the allotted exam center will be mentioned on your NEET 2023 Admit Card and no changes will be allowed in the same.

Ques. I am opting for Assamese as the language of the NEET 2023 Question Paper. Will I be able to get to the center of the examination in Delhi?
Ans. No. In case you opt for a vernacular language as the medium of question paper, you will be allotted the exam center in the respective state of the vernacular language only. So you will get the examination center only in Assam.
Ques. Could I also get the examination center in a city other than the four options specified in the application form?
Ans. Yes. NTA reserves all rights to allocate an exam center in a city other than your specified choices. NTA tries to allocate the city as per the choices filled, but in some cases, the allocated city may be different from the choices submitted in the application form.
Ques. Can I get the NEET exam center changed after allotment of my admit card?
Ans. No, it is not possible for the candidate to change the exam center allotment after the admit card has been published.
Ques. What do I need to bring at the exam center?
Ans. Apart from the NEET Admit Card, candidates will be asked to present the following (below-mentioned) documents while entering the exam center.
Ques. Will I be able to appear for the exam if I forget the admit card at home?
Ans. No. Entry to the exam center is not permitted without the admit card. It is mandatory to bring a printout of your NEET admit card along with a valid ID proof.
Ques. How many exam centers are identified across the country for NEET 2023?
Ans. Like last year, there will be 499 NEET 2023 exam cities in India including 14 cities abroad. 14 international NEET exam cities have been added by NTA this year.
Ques. How can I specify my choice for the preferred exam center?
Ans. You can mark your choice while filling the online application form. You will be given 4 choices which have to be filled in order of preference.
Ques. On what basis are the NEET exam center choices fulfilled?
Ans. The exam committee allocates you the exam center depending on your specified preference and availability of the corresponding exam center. If you have chosen a vernacular language then the center will be allotted accordingly.
Ques. From where can I find the information related to my allocated NEET 2023 exam center?
Ans. The name and address of the exam center allocated to you will be mentioned in the admit card issued to you. NEET Admit Card will be available a week before the exam date on the official website- neet.nta.nic.in.
Ques. Are the NEET 2023 exam centers available in every state of India?
Ans. Yes, NTA ensures that the exam has a wide reach and therefore NEET Exam Centers are available in every state in India.
Ques. I want to select Hindi as the language of my NEET question paper. Am I eligible to select any exam center in India?
Ans. Yes, if you opt for Hindi as the medium of the exam, you can choose any exam city and center from the list provided while filling NEET application form.
