- Step 1- Visit the official website.
- Step 2- Click the link that says "Download admit card"
- Step 3- Enter the NEET 2023 application number and password
- Step 4- Check details like the date & time of the exam, exam center address, etc
- Step 5 - Download NEET 2023 admit card for future reference.
How to Choose NEET 2023 Exam Centers?
- While filling NEET 2023 Application Form, candidates can fill in up to 4 preferences for NEET exam centers.
- After selecting the NEET Exam Center and filling out the remaining application form candidates can submit their forms.
- Once the form is submitted, candidates cannot change their exam center.
How to Change NEET Exam Center?
- During the NEET Form correction, candidates will get the opportunity to change their exam center.
- However, it is not necessary that the authority will provide the facility to the exam center.

- Passport size photograph affixed on NEET Admit Card

- One Post Card Size (4” X 6”) color photograph with white background should be pasted on the Proforma downloaded with the Admit Card and should be handed over to Invigilator at the Centre.
A candidate can be prohibited from entering the exam hall in case he/she fails to present the documents along with NEET 2023 Admit Card.

NEET Exam Day Guidelines
NEET 2023 Exam Day Instructions
- The exam center will be opened 2.5 hours before the exam, i.e., at 11:30 am. No entry will be allowed after 1:30 pm, so try to reach the exam center well in advance.
- You are required to carry NEET 2023 Admit Card, the proforma with a postcard-sized photograph pasted on it, and some passport-sized photographs for attaching to the attendance sheet.
- Mandatorily carry the Admit Card to the test center. Without the admit card, you will not be allowed into the exam center.
- Follow all the instructions mentioned in the admit card and maintain discipline in the exam hall.
- Make your own arrangements for personal belongings. Exam centers may or may not have any provision for depositing their bags, etc.
- Follow the dress code prescribed in the Information Bulletin that can be accessed at the official website for NEET. Check NEET Dress Code
- The roll number will be mentioned on every seat. Check whether it matches the roll number on your admit card.
NEET 2023 Exam Day Guidelines for Candidates with Disabilities
- In case the candidates have disabilities like blindness, locomotor disability and cerebral palsy, they will be provided with the facilities like Scribe/ Reader if they have opted for the same in their online NEET 2023 application.
- The scribe facility will be provided only after the production of the disability certification stating that the concerned person is unable to write and a scribe is essential to write the exam on his behalf.
- The scribe is provided by the examination body and the qualification of the scribe will not be more than the minimum qualification criteria for the exam.

Ques. I am opting for Assamese as the language of the NEET 2023 Question Paper. Will I be able to get to the center of the examination in Delhi?
Ans. No. In case you opt for a vernacular language as the medium of question paper, you will be allotted the exam center in the respective state of the vernacular language only. So you will get the examination center only in Assam.
Ques. Could I also get the examination center in a city other than the four options specified in the application form?
Ans. Yes. NTA reserves all rights to allocate an exam center in a city other than your specified choices. NTA tries to allocate the city as per the choices filled, but in some cases, the allocated city may be different from the choices submitted in the application form.
Ques. Can I get the NEET exam center changed after allotment of my admit card?
Ans. No, it is not possible for the candidate to change the exam center allotment after the admit card has been published.
