Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling 2022 has started for admission to MBBS/ BDS/ AYUSH courses for 85% state quota seats. AP NEET counselling 2022 is being conducted by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences. The online registration has closed on Oct 20, 2022 (6:00 PM). The authorities have published the provisional state merit list on Oct 21. Candidates with their names on NEET 2022 Merit List are eligible to fill and lock choices for admission. For Managament Quota MBBS/ BDS admissions, the online registration is open from Oct 26 to 31, 2022 (5:00 PM).

The allotment of 85% State Quota Seats through AP NEET Counselling will be based on NEET 2022 scores. Only candidates who have cleared NEET Cut off 2022 and selected Andhra Pradesh for state-level counselling will be eligible to participate in the admission process.

AP NEET Counselling Registration
AP NEET Counselling Process 2022
Candidates need to register for AP NEET counselling 2022 for admission to 85% state quota seats in MBBS and BDS. The application forms for Andhra Pradesh NEET MBBS Admissions 2022 will be available in the month of September 2022. Candidates can follow these simple steps to apply for AP NEET Counselling.
Online Registration, Filling Application Form, and Payment of Fee
- Go to the official website of NTRUHS i.e. apmedadm.ntruhs.ap.gov.in
- Click on the Online Registration link and enter details like NEET roll number, NEET Rank, DOB, Mobile Number, etc.
- Submit by clicking on the validate tab. The online registration is complete. Now, log in using the AP NEET Counselling registration number generated in this step.
- Fill the Application form with the respective personal and educational details.
- Complete the application form and click on submit.
- Take note of the registration ID and password for future reference.

Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling 2022: Seat Allotment
AP State Merit List
- State Merit List will be released by NTRUHS on the official website for candidates who have successfully completed the document verification process.
- The merit list will mention the names of AP NEET Counselling registered candidates along with their state rank and category-wise ranks.
AP MBBS/ BDS Courses and Colleges Choice Filling
- Candidates need to log in to the website with the earlier generated ID and password to fill in their preferences for courses and colleges.
- There is no defined limit on the number of courses and colleges that can be selected from the available list of options.
- It must be noted that MBBS/ BDS seats will be allocated based on the choices filled by the candidates.
AP NEET Seat Allotment
- AP NEET Seat Allotment list is released by NTRUHS based on NEET score, rank obtained in state merit list, and choices filled by the candidates
- Candidates need to report at the institute for confirmation of seats.
- The Seats left vacant after the first allotment are carried forward to the second round and so on.
AP NEET Counselling 2022: Documents Required
Candidates need the following documents for completing the verification process post online submission of AP NEET Counselling application.
- NEET 2022 Admit Card
- NEET 2022 Rank Card
- SSC or equivalent examinations showing the date of birth
- Memorandum of marks qualifying examination in the intermediate or equivalent examination, Transfer certificate
- Study certificate(s) from 6th class to intermediate
- In case candidates studied in the institutions outside the state of Andhra Pradesh, a residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parents was issued by MRO/Tahsildar. (excluding study period outside the state) for a period of 10 years (years of period to be specified)
- In case candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim
- Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued by an Officer prescribed.
- In case claiming fee exemption, the latest income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO/Tahsildar or white ration card
- Aadhar Card
- Minority certificate issued by Minorities Welfare Department, Government of AP

Ques: Is AP NEET Counselling started?
Ans: Yes, Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling has started with the online registration on Oct 13, 2022. The authority opened the registration window till Oct 20, 2022. The provisional merit list is now out.
Ques: Can I fill AP NEET Counselling form in an offline mode?
Ans: No, the application forms can be in online only. Any AP NEET Counselling Application Forms sent by post or any other mode will not be accepted.
Ques: Can I submit the already verified documents at the allotted institute based on AP NEET Counselling?
Ans: No. There is no need to get your documents verified beforehand because the institute has its own procedure to verify the documents so that they can accept the candidates who are satisfying all the criteria.
Ques: Based on previous years AP NEET Counselling what could be the expected cut off for this year?
Ans: Candidates who have scored above 550 have good chances to get admission to one of the medical colleges of the state. However, the conducting body has yet to announce the cutoff list for this year.
