TS PGECET 2023 Application Form

TS PGECET 2023 Application Form has been released on March 3, 2023 on the official website. The registration fees to apply for the exam will be around INR 1000. Students will also have to upload the Scanned Image, Scanned signature as per the guidelines of the authority.

TS PGECET Application Fee can be paid through online mode only.
The student can use the Net Banking/ Debit card/ Credit card/ UPI method to pay the application fee.

Qualification (M.Arch)	Candidates must have a qualified B.Arch. or equivalent degree from any recognized board or university.
Qualification (M.Tech)	Candidates must have qualified B.E/ B.Tech degree to be eligible for the examination.
Qualification (M.Pharmacy)	Candidates must have a qualified 3-year B.Pharma degree to be eligible for the examination.
Nationality	The candidate must be a citizen of India
Domicile	Candidates must fulfill local/non-local domicile status requirements.
Percentage	The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks (40% marks for the SC/ ST category) in the qualifying exam

TS PGECET 2023 Exam Pattern

Mode of Examination: TS PGECET 2023 examination will be conducted through Online mode like a computer-based test
Duration of Examination: The total duration of the exam will be two hours only.
Language of Examination: The examination will be conducted in the English language only.
Question Types: All questions will be objective type i.e. Multiple Choice Questions. For each question, there will be four options, out of which one will be the correct answer.
Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, +1 Mark will be allotted.
Total Question: There will be a total of 120 Questions in TS PGECET 2023.

TS PGECET 2023 Syllabus

TS PGECET 2023 syllabus will be released along with the notification of the entrance exam. The syllabus has been framed by TSCHE for all the programs. Most of the topics in TS PGECET Syllabus are similar to that of the last qualifying examination i.e. graduation. The detailed syllabus for each subject is mentioned below:

Architecture & Planning (AR):

Housing, Landscape design, visual & urban design, building services, computer-aided design, material & structural services, building constructions & management, planning theory, service, amenities, and development, techniques of planning, and planning theory.

Bio-Medical Engineering:

It includes topics such as Electrical Engineering, Biomedical engineering, engineering mathematics, electronic engineering, instrumentation engineering, and electronics.

Bio-Technology (BT):

Engineering Mathematics: Topics consist of the Differential equations, linear algebra, mathematics calculus, numeral methods, and probability & statics.
Biotechnology: Molecular biology & genetics, microbiology, recombinant DNA technology, biochemistry, plant & animal biotechnology.

Aerospace Technology (AS):

Engineering Mathematics: Linear Algebra, Numerical methods, calculus, and differential calculus.

TS PGECET 2023 Exam Centers

TS PGECET 2023 Exam Centers are pre-decided by the conducting body, Osmania University, Hyderabad. The centers are the venues where the exam is conducted. Listed below are important points about the centers:

Hyderabad is divided into five zones namely Hyderabad West, Hyderabad North, Hyderabad Central, Hyderabad East, and Hyderabad South- East.
Once the option is selected, a request for a change of test zone/center will not be entertained later.
The Convener reserves the right to add or delete some test zones notified.
The Convener reserves the right to allot any test zones other than that opted by the candidates.

Osmania University will release TS PGECET 2023 Results tentatively in the Last week of June 2023. The results was declared in the form of a rank card. Candidates can visit the official website i.e. pgecet.tsche.ac.in to check their scores. A separate merit list has also been prepared on the basis of marks scored in the examination. Through the exam scores, candidates were offered admissions to over 15,000 M.Tech and M.E. seats.

TS PGECET 2023 Counselling

TS PGECET 2023 counseling is expected to start in July 2023. Candidates qualifying for the minimum cut-off are eligible to appear for TS PGECET Counselling.

Candidates are called as per their ranks in the entrance examination.
A maximum of three rounds of counseling is conducted.
The number of sessions depends on the number of candidates applying for the counseling session.
GATE qualifiers are also offered admissions to the participating colleges.
