NEET 2020 will be held on May 3, 2020 in pen and paper-based mode. NEET 2020 Application Process has been closed, candidates can download NEET Admit Card by March 27, 2020. Applicants are advised to make sure that they follow the complete dress code before appearing for the examination.
Candidates have to wear light colour half sleeves clothes not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with Salwar/Trouser.

Kurta Payjama is not allowed, wear only sleepers or sandals, shoes are also not allowed.
Ornaments like rings, earrings, nose pin, chain, necklace, pendants, etc. will also have to be removed before entering the examination hall.
Note: If the candidate is wearing the customary dress, then they need to report at the allotted examination center latest by 8.30 AM on the day of examination.

Any stationary item such as bits of papers, textual material (written or printed), Pencil box/ Geometry, Plastic Pouch, Pen, Calculator, Scale, Pen Drive, Writing Pad, Eraser, Log Table, Calculator, Scanner/ Electronic Pen etc.
Any communication devices, for example, Bluetooth, Mobile Phone, Earphones, Pager, Microphone, Health Band etc.
Any Watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, Bracelet, etc.
Items such as Goggles, Wallet, Handbags, Cap, Belt etc.
Any ornaments such as Earrings, Ring, Nose-pin, Pendants, Chain/Necklace, Badge, Brooch etc.
Any food either opened or closed.
Any metallic item.
Any other items that can be used for hiding Bluetooth device, camera etc.
In case any candidate is found in possession of any of the barred items inside the center, it will be considered as use of unfair means and action will be taken against the candidate by the relevant provisions.

Candidates have to reach the exam centers before 9.30 am as no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center after the scheduled time. Further, the conducting authority has advised the candidates to reach their allotted exam centers two hours in advance so that they can avoid any unexpected delay. NEET will be of three hours duration to be held from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM.

Along with increasing exam preparation pace, candidates must also pay attention to important things like examination hall etiquettes. Immediately after downloading the NEET Admit Card, candidates must first cross-check the entries made. NEET will be held on May 3, 2020 at 155 exam cities in the country. Given below are important exam rules that every candidate, appearing for the exam, must know.
Must carry the admit card to the exam hall
Must reach the exam center much before the exam time; candidates won't be allowed to enter the exam hall after 9.30 am
Must carry "downloaded admit card and with proforma which is an attachment of Admit Card with Post Card Size Photograph duly affixed on it"
Must not carry anything to the exam hall except admit card and photographs
Must check the test booklet properly (ensure the page number as mentioned on the cover page)
Must not carry any of the barred items to the exam hall (details are given in the official notification)
Must sign and give finger impressions on the attendance sheet
Must ensure that they have signed twice on the attendance sheet
Must fill up the test booklet using a ballpoint pen
Must match the codes of the test booklet and answer sheet before starting
Must fill the answer sheet and mark the responses using blue/ black ball point pen
Must answer carefully as changing an answer is not allowed
Must do all rough work on Test Booklet, only
Candidates must preserve the Admit Cards till their admission in MBBS/BDS Course.
