Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli Admission Process

NEET 2021 is the gateway for the admission to MBBS course at Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli. Counselling for NEET is conducted through Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). For going through the counselling process, one has to register on the website of MCC and fill their choices in order of the college they desire.

Candidates clearing the counselling and making their way to the merit list provided by MCC have to reach college on the assigned date and time with the following mentioned documents.

Documents Required for NEET 2021 Counselling Process

Applicants are required to carry the following document at the time of the NEET Counselling.

  • Birth Certificate.
  • NEET Score Card
  • Two Passport Sizes photograph similar to that affixed on the NEET 2021 Application Form.
  • 10th and 12th class Mark sheets.
  • 10th and 12th class Passing Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (If applicable)
  • PWD Certificate (If applicable)
  • Counselling Letter issued by NEET Authority.

Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli Admission Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

  • Nationality: Candidate should Indian Nationals or Overseas Citizen of India(OCI)
  • Aadhar Card- Candidate should have Aadhar Card except for the candidates from Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Telangna State.
  • Age Limit-Candidate must be of minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission on or before December 31, 2021. The upper age limit for admission seekers under All India Quota is 25 years relaxable for a period of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  • Essential Academic Qualification: The candidates who have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology individually securing a minimum of 50% in 10+2 is eligible. For reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), there is a relaxation of 10% so they have to secure a minimum of 40% to be eligible. General physically handicapped candidates have to secure a minimum of 45%. Aspirants who are appearing in 10+2 examination in 2021 may also appear provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later on.
