NEET 2021 Result will be released one month after the conclusion of the exam. Candidates will be able to check their results online at the official website. Students need to enter their ID and Password to check the result.

The minimum percentile required to qualify NEET is 50(for general category) and 40(for reserved category). Candidates of PwD(General) category are required to secure 45 percentile to qualify NEET. Percentile is calculated on the basis of rank secured by the candidate in comparison to the rank secured by all the other candidates. The upper limit is determined by the top scorer candidate in the All-India Merit list. If a considerable number of students failed to secure the minimum fixed percentile then the cut off falls to some points on the direction of MCC.

The candidates can tally their answers with the help of the answer key released by the NTA a week after the examination. The NTA releases OMR along with the answer key for the candidates by which the candidate can easily predict their rank.

The claims can be made online by paying an amount of 1000 INR.

The Medical Counselling Committee is responsible for NEET counselling and allotment of seats under All-India quota of 15%. The remaining 85% seats fall under the state quota and the counselling for such seats will be conducted separately by the state authority. Allocation of seats is subject to the performance of the candidate, preferences and availability of seats in the colleges.
