NEET 2021 Question paper in the Hindi language is provided below. The exam pattern in the 2021 paper had been revised. The major change was the inclusion of 50 questions in each section along with internal choices provided to the NEET applicants for the first time.

• The biology section of the previous NEET papers was split into its two parts - Zoology and Botany. This change made 4 different sections in NEET 2021 paper for the applicants to attempt. Check NEET Biology Syllabus
• Further, each section was also divided into 2 parts. Part A of every section had 35 Questions, whereas, Part B had 15 Questions. Candidates can choose any 10 questions from Part B to attempt.
• In total, a candidate can attempt a maximum of 180 questions for a maximum of 720 marks in NEET 2021 question paper.
