NEET 2021 Question Paper had 200 Questions in total. The 200 Questions were arranged in 4 sections - Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany. Each section had 50 questions divided into Part A and Part B. Students were given a choice to attempt any 10 questions from 15 questions in Part B. 

• Approx. 15.44 Lakh candidates appeared for NEET 2021 and 8.7 Lakh Students qualified the exam by clearing NEET Cut Off.
• Mrinal Kutteri, Tanmay Gupta, and Karthika G Nair were NEET Toppers who had secured AIR 1.
