For the first time, the NEET exam was conducted in 13 different languages. Last year NEET was conducted only in 11 languages. This year, 200 questions were asked in NEET 2021. NEET 2021 was conducted in a new pattern. As compared to last year, this year 20 more questions were asked in the exam which were distributed in four sections. As per the candidates, the overall difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. This year, 200 questions were asked in NEET 2021. Students were required to attempt 180 questions. 3 hours were allotted to solve the paper. 200 questions were divided into 4 sections (Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology).

The four sections (Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology) were further divided into two parts i.e. Part A and Part B. All the questions were mandatory to attempt from Part A of the all four sections. Part B comprises 15 questions, any 10 questions could be attempted from the 15 questions.
