NEET 2021 Question Paper with Answer Key PDF in Malayalam (N6) is now available for download. This year NTA has modified NEET exam pattern. With the reduction in the syllabi for Class 12th, NTA introduced internal choices in Section B of the question paper. NEET 2021 was conducted on 12th September by NTA (National Testing Agency). The exam was conducted in Pen-paper mode. A total of 200 questions were asked carrying 720 marks. The four sections are Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. All the four sections carried an equal weightage of 25%. The overall difficulty level of the exam was rated easy to moderate. The exam was conducted in 13 different languages in 3800 centers with a total of 14,495 candidates from Thiruvananthapuram who appeared for the exam.

NEET question paper comprises 4 sections. Each section was divided into two parts i.e. Part A and Part B. Part A contained 35 questions that were mandatory to attempt.
