NEET 2021 Admit Card will be released one month prior to the date of the examination. The admit card will be released at the official website and by using the login credentials candidates can download their admit cards.

All the candidates will be intimated through mails on the email id provided in the application form. Admit cards will be released 1 month before the scheduled date of examination. Candidates must keep in mind that admit cards shall be downloaded through the official website of NTA only and no hard copy of admit card will be sent to any candidate.
The instructions to download admit card are as follows:
Visit the official website of NTA
Click on ‘NEET 2021 Admit Card’
Enter the application number, date of birth and security pin.
The admit card will appear on the screen (as shown in the sample image below):
Download and print the admit card
Keep extra copies of admit card for all the future reference

If any candidate is facing any kind of difficulty in downloading the admit card then S/he must contact the NTA office immediately. Also, if there is any type of discrepancies in the admit card then the candidate shall immediately contact NTA.
On the day of the examination the candidates must take the following things along with them:
Passport-size photographs(same as uploaded)
Valid address proof/identity card issued by the government or school authorities
PH certificate(if applicable)

Visit the official website of NTA
Click on ‘Candidate Login’
Click on ‘forget application number’
Enter the registered email address and security pin
The application number will be sent to your email address
For Password:
Visit the official website
Click on ‘candidate login’
Click on ‘forgot password’
Enter the registration number, date of birth, name and security pin(as shown in the image)
Select any one option which is convenient for you- recover through a one time password that will be sent on a registered mobile number, through security questions provided at the time of form fill up, through registered email address.
There are some major things that need to be followed by the candidates on the examination day. The advisory regarding the examination day are mentioned below:
Candidates shall visit the venue of examination one day prior to the exam as it will help to reach the center on the exam day without any hindrances.
Candidates should reach the examination center two hours prior to the scheduled time of examination
Candidates must reach the venue before the commencement of examination as no candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall after the commencement.
Candidate should not carry any electronic devices and gadgets like calculator, watch etc
Candidates must not indulge in any unfair means. If caught indulging in such affairs then the candidate will be debarred permanently for NEET.
Question: My name is incorrectly written on the admit card. What should I do?
Ans. For any discrepancies, the candidate shall immediately contact the NTA helpline as no request will be considered at the exam center.
Question: Can I request to change the center of examination?
Ans. No. The decision of NTA regarding the center of examination shall stand final and binding over the candidate.
Question: I have lost my admit card. What should I do?
Ans. You can download the admit card again by the official website of NTA. Extra copies of admit cards must be kept for any future reference.
Question: Can I get an admit card through post?
Ans. No candidate shall be getting an admit card through post. The admit card must be downloaded from the official website only.
Question: I am unable to download the admit card. What should I do?
Ans. The candidate must contact the helpline number of NTA immediately for the issue to get resolved.
