NEET 2020 Question Paper contained 180 Questions, divided across 3 sections Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. NEET 2020 was conducted in 11 languages-Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil,Telugu and Urdu. NEET 2020 was the last exam to follow the old exam pattern as the pattern was revised for the 2021 exam. As such, the paper contained 180 questions divided amongst 3 sections (45 Questions each). In contrast, the new NEET Exam Pattern includes 200 Questions divided amongst 4 sections (50 Questions for each section) out of which candidates have to attempt a total of 180 Questions (45 Questions per section)
Soyeb Aftab of Orissa emerged as NEET Topper of 2020 examination by obtaining the maximum marks i.e. 720/720. According to his experience, the Physics section of the paper was easy, and the Chemistry Section was moderate; the Biology Section did contain a few challenging questions especially from Botany. NEET 2020 was the last exam to follow the old exam pattern. The new NEET Exam Pattern was implemented from 2021 and onwards.
