NEET 2013 (AIPMT 2013) Question Paper comprised a total of 180 sections. These 180 questions were distributed between the three sections (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). Biology held a total of 50% weightage in NEET (AIPMT) 2013. The remaining 50% were equally distributed between Physics and Chemistry sections.
- The Chemistry and Physics section carried a total of 90 questions (45 questions each section)
- Biology section carried the rest of the 90 questions
- Questions listed in the Biology section were related to Zoology and Botany
