Panjab University offers admissions to various courses at UG, PG and Doctoral level, which are done on the basis of merit, entrance tests and personal interviews.Most of Panjab University’s courses is entrance based. Candidates must qualify the university-conducted/national-level entrance before proceeding to the university-level selection for official admission. For admission to its UG, PG, and Doctoral level programs, the university administers roughly 10 entrance tests including the PU-MET, PU-CET (UG), PU-CET (PG), PU PGLAW, PUTHAT, PU UGLAW, PULEET, PU MPhil and PhD Entrance Test.
