Netaji Subhas University of Technology, State university is located in Dwarka, Delhi. It was established in the year 1983 and changed its name in the year 2018 from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT). NSUT offers technological courses like BTech and MTech. NSUT specialises in Engineering, Research, Management, Consulting, Technology, Automotive, Software, Electronics, Biotechnology, and Instrumentation. A total of 43 courses are provided by the college, of which 12 are for undergraduate students, 20 are for postgraduate students, and 11 are for doctoral students. NSUT (NSIT) Offers BTech as its flagship program where admissions are granted as per JEE Main score followed by JAC Delhi counselling. The closing cutoff for BTech AI program at NSIT Delhi is 4923 and for BTech Data Science program the closing cutoff 2023 remained 10947. Furthermore, NSUT MTech admissions are based on GATE Score followed by CCMT Counselling. The first year fees for NSUT BTech Program is INR 2.19 Lakhs and the fees for MTech program is INR 1.45 Lakhs.

NSIT (NSUT) Delhi provides both scholarship and placement opportunities to the students. About 3.34% of students have worked in Amazon as interns, 2.81 in Microsoft, Google has about 2.75% interns from NSUT, 1.35% in Adobe and many others. 80.5% students opt for engineering, 9.91 as project management, 1.83 research as their future. According to available statistics, almost all of the graduates from the most recent academic year have found employment, often in numerous positions, with multinational corporations, private and public sector organisations, or government departments. The annual courses fee for all the programs of the year 2022-23 is out. Re-registration fee for UG courses during Regular semester is Rs .7700/- per Subject. The same for PG courses during Regular semester is Rs. 5000/- per Subject. Fee for Summer semester for UG/PG during Summer semester is Rs. 13750/- per subject. The Candidates Allotted Seats list in the First Round of Counselling Held On 13, 14 And 21 June 2023 is out. The JEE Main results and JAC Delhi counselling are used to determine admission to B.tech programs offered by NSUT West and East Campus.Candidates must have obtained at least 55% in the key disciplines of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the 12th grade

The student will also be eligible to acquire a scholarship of ₹ 5000 if their C.G.P.A is 8.8 or higher.The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) - PG exam, which is being conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), will determine the program for the 2023–24 academic session for M.Sc and M.A programs. Applicants should be graduates with a minimum of 55%. Candidates from the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PH) would receive a 5% marks relaxation or equivalent CGPA. NSUT recruitment has given the chance to more than 5000 graduates who are part of the NSUT alumni network.Over 1000 candidates were placed by NSUT Placement package in total in the year 2022. With recruiters like Amazon, Google, Cisco, Microsoft and many other reputed companies NSUT over 1500 students received jobs in the year 2021-22. For the 3 year undergraduate batch, the NSUT Main campus median pay was INR 6.20 LPA, INR 16 LPA for the 4 year undergraduate batch, and INR 11.75 LPA for the 2 year graduate group.

 The Netaji Subhas University of Technology (East Campus) placed candidates for the 2021–22 academic year with salaries ranging from 32.16 LPA to INR. The administration of NCT Delhi expanded the size of NSUT by adding two additional campuses: the West Campus formerly known as Ch. Brahm Prakash Government Engineering College at Jaffarpur, and the East Campus Geeta Colony formerly known as the Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies & Research (AIACTR).

The NSUT main campus is about 145 acres large, East Campus(AIACTR) is spread over 7.8 acres and the West Campus is spread across 8.5 acres. Based on collegedunia’s rating from 28 colleges the West Campus has been rated 6.8 out of 10. The ratings were determined from various categories: Academic- 7.9/10, Accommodation: 6.4/10, Faculty: 7.0/10, Infrastructure: 6.9/10, Placement: 6.8/10, and Social Life: 5.9/10. NSUT East Campus received a 6.9/10 rating for the same. These ratings were based on: Academic: 7.5/10, Accommodation: 5.1/10, Faculty: 7.6/10, Infrastructure: 7.4/10, Placement: 6.8/10, and Social Life: 7.1/10. NSUT (NSIT) vs IGDTUW vs IIIT DELHI vs IIIT ALLAHABAD vs DTU

Both DTU and NSUT have strong placement records. Each college receives approximately 300 firms each year, which improves its placement statistics. However DTU is significantly more advanced than NSUT. 2022 has seen a total of 2549 offers from DTU and 1044 placements from NSUT. On the other hand, NSUT has no such restriction while DTU demands. DTU has asked for an age restriction limited from 17 to 25 years old. Due to its reduced batch size, NSUT has a slight advantage over DTU. As a result, it has a higher cutoff. In terms of Package, while NSUT's median package is INR 16 LPA, DTU's average package is INR 15.16 LPA. Although DTU has a greater batch size, keeping this average package yet shows that it is superior.

Compared to both IIIT Delhi and NSUT, the CSE curriculum at IIIT Delhi is much better. According to an evaluation by Collegedunia, consider IIIT Delhi for programming, and NSIT for CSE, IT, or ECE. If one is interested in pursuing research or an MS in the USA after completing your B.Tech, IIIT Delhi will be the most suitable option.
