NSIT Delhi admissions are done on the basis of national-level exams followed by a counselling process. The university selects students for its BTech program on the basis of JEE Main ranks and JAC Delhi counselling. There will be 6 rounds of counselling and the seat allocation will be based on the JEE Main scores, availability of seats, reservation criteria, etc.
The university admit students to its MBA program on the basis of CAT scores followed by CMAC counselling. For the MTech courses, NSIT selects students for admission through COAP counselling. NSUT B.Tech Admission 2023
NSUT offers 10 specializations under the B.Tech course. To apply, a candidate should have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology with 75% marks or should feature among the top 20 percentile. For selection, the candidate has to take the JEE- Main.

How to apply for JEE Main?
Candidates who are eligible for admission have to take the JEE Main. The application process is given below:
- Visit the official website of JEE- Main
- Register for the online application form
- Make a note of the system-generated application number
- Create a password
- Log in again and fill out the form
- Upload scanned images of photographs and signature
- A fee of 650 INR (325 INR for reserved categories) will be charged/ It is to be paid through Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI or Paytm.

NSUT BBA Admission 2023
NSUT Delhi offers a three-year BBA program in three specializations, namely, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. Admissions to the program are done through Common Management Admission Committee (CMAC), Delhi. NSUT charges a total fee of INR 2.66 lakhs for the entire duration of the program.
NSUT BBA Eligibility criteria
- 10+2 in any stream
- A minimum of 60% marks aggregate
- English and best three subjects will be considered
NSUT BBA Selection criteria
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit. The same will be drawn on the basis of marks in the best of four subjects (including English) in the class 12th Board examination or its equivalent examination.
Note: Candidates having a high score in English will be given preference.

NSUT M.Tech Admission 2023
NSUT offers 14 specializations under the M.Tech course. To apply, a candidate should have a B.Tech degree with 55% aggregate marks. They also need to take the GATE to be selected.

NSUT Delhi M.Tech Selection Criteria

NSUT MBA Admission 2023
NSUT offers six specializations under the MBA course. Candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH) are eligible to apply. Selections will be made on the basis of performance in the CAT.

- The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The candidate should have an aggregate of 60% marks.
- The candidate should have appeared in the CAT.
NSUT Delhi MBA Selection Criteria
- The initial selection to the MBA program at NSIT Delhi is done on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the CAT Entrance exam.

- Electronics and Communication Engineering: Master’s degree from in engineering or technology in ECE with 60% marks.
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering: M.Tech in ICE with 60% marks

Remarks:
The admission process was very simple, first I filled out the JAC Delhi form online, and after allotment of the seat, I went to the college and got the document verification done, after that, my seat was confirmed. I qualified jee main exam and was admitted in nsut, and I was from obc category, so I got a mechanical branch at a low CRL rank.

This is a tier 1 college ,so to get admission you must do well in jee main .there is 85 percent reservation for delhi candidates and 15 percent for outside delhi candidates . After jee main you have to register for jac counselling and there by you will manage to get admission. Based on your score you will get branch in this college .jac delhi conducts the counseling for this college.its application fees is around 1000rs but you have to pay 95000 rs after you get seat as a deposit. You can get refund if you didn't choose any college .It is conducted generally in June or July with josaa . All kind of reservation are accepted in This institute . Admission process is smoother but they can do documents verification online and can reduce seat acceptance fees.

I got admitted to NSUT(Delhi) with the CSAI Branch. The eligibility of my course is simply (10 +12 pass Jee mains with very good rank). The rank should be below 8000 for general candidates. As I am an OBC applicant I got admission with my (14022) rank. You can find the application form on the JEE MAINS website. The fee for the form is 1000 for general candidates. After getting a good rank in JEE MAINS you can apply for JAC DELHI Counselling. I think that the Jac Delhi counselling process is a little complicate. The first and foremost thing you should do after getting a good jee rank is to make perfect documents reservation certificate address proof 10 12 marksheet.In my counselling, I have seen a lot of students who got a good Jee rank but dont get admission to college because of failed document verification. BITS Goa is better than DTU and NSIT. Since the introduction of the home state quota, the quality of the student crowd has drooped down at these institutes. Due to the no reservation rule, BITS has a better peer group. Top NITs such as NIT T, NIT W, and NIT K are comparably better than BITS, but the difference margin is decreasing.
BITS Goa placements have been good, even during COVID. During 2021 placement drive, the average CTC offered was INR 16 LPA. While the highest CTC offered was INR 43.3 LPA. Some of the major recruiters that take part in the placement drive are Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Flipkart, etc.

You should consider DTU or NSIT CSE. Both are good options and almost at par with each other. DTU and NSIT have great coding cultures and good placement records for the CSE branch. DTU CSE average package is around INR 10-15 LPA. While for NSIT CSE, the average package is around INR 12-15 LPA.
Delhi houses many industries. So, it’s easier for students to get good placements and internship opportunities. You can also prepare for competitive examinations such as CAT, GRE, GMAT, etc. Delhi has many good coaching institutes.

DTU and NSIT are the best options among these, with great placement records and academics. These are counted among the top-tier technological institutes in the country. The type of exposure you will get at these institutes will not only help in performing well in academics but also help develop confidence. DTU placements 2022 shows the average CTC to be around INR 15.31 LPA. According to NSIT placement highlights of recent years, the median CTC offered is around INR 13 LPA.

DTU, NSIT, and IIIT Delhi all three of these institutes have their advantages.
- NSIT is best in terms of placements. Especially for branches like CSE, or IT, students receive cushy salary packages. The placement numbers in IIIT Delhi are comparably better than DTU due to less number of students.
- IIIT Delhi will be the best option if you are planning on pursuing research or doing an MS in the USA after completing your B.Tech. Every year almost 15-20% of students from IIIT Delhi join top institutes across the globe for higher studies. Faculties of IIIT Delhi well-reputed. Their recommendation will help you get good institutes for higher studies.
- If you want to pursue MBA after your graduation, you should choose DTU for graduation. It has a lesser academic load. So, you will get enough time to prepare for competitive examinations like CAT, GMAT, etc.
- DTU and IIIT Delhi both have active start-up cultures. Both campuses organize start-up events and hackathons regularly. They also have active E-cells to support budding entrepreneurs. Since you have not mentioned any particular branch, I assume that you are getting to choose from all the branches at both institutions. Both the colleges have their own pros and cons.
Being a student of NIT Surathkal, my brother has often talked about its greatness.
Campus:
- NIT Surathkal has a big campus spread across 300 acres of land. There is a private beach, gym, swimming pool, and everything that you need for recreation.
- There is a high-speed WiFi facility as well.
- There are separate departments for all the major and minor subjects.
- The campus of NSIT Delhi is not as big as the campus of NIT Surathkal and is spread across 150-200 acres of land. It has a lush green campus which is aesthetic along with wide roads.
Academics:
- NIT Surathkal is strict when it comes to academics. Along with your GPA, your projects will also be given equal importance.
- In both colleges, you can freely do your project in any domain.
Faculty:
- NIT Surathkal has permanent HODs, associate professors, and professors. The faculties are well experienced.
- Do not forget that more than professors, your hard work matters most.
Coding Culture:
- The coding culture is at par in both institutions.
- There have been participants at GSOC and other competitions. NIT Surathkal has nearby malls, pools, games, etc. for leisure.

Honestly speaking, Civil Engineering will limit your chances to go for tech companies like Microsoft, DE Shaw, Cisco, and Google. Firstly, you should know that IIIT UNA is a new college and although it has the IIIT tag, it hasn't been ranked by any esteemed Ranking platforms like NIRF. Its classes are also facilitated by NIT Hamirpur's faculty and the campus and faculty are nice.
As far as NSIT is concerned, it ranks #76 on the NIRF ranking portal for engineering and has a better location in Delhi than Hamirpur, because of the facilities and professional opportunities available.

- If your interest lies in the program rather than the institute, then go for CSE. Although first reflect on the placement scenario of IIIT UNA, whether they receive good companies or not; if the package is satisfactory, and if speedy placements are facilitated after the course is over.
