I know a few people from the institute so I know a little bit about the institute. St. Xavier's University is not a good university for business management courses and the placements here are not very good.
Instead of joining St. Xavier's University with such high fees and poor academics and placements, it is better to choose any other business school with good placements.
If you are considering pursuing a degree in Economics, it is recommended that you do not prioritize Xavier's Kolkata.
If you are not applying through any quotas (such as Christian, SC/ST, or from schools affiliated with Xavier's), you will need at least 96 percent in class 12th. Despite the fact that it appears in subsequent lists, it goes down by 1%–2%.
St. Xavier’s College is an autonomous college under CU. St. Xavier’s University is a separate university. Though both of these institutes are under the same management.
You should choose St. Xavier’s College for a B.Com (Hons). It is the best commerce college in the country. The professors are the best in the field. Being autonomous, curriculum to examination papers, everything is set by the college. Only the degree is offered by CU. St. Xavier’s College fees are nominal for B.Com.
