Should I join IGDTUW Delhi mechanical and automation, or PEC Chandigarh civil branch? Which is better?

● Top Answer By Manav Jain on 02 May 21

Ans
Both IGDTUW Delhi and PEC Chandigarh are reputed colleges and are equally good but both these courses are very different from each other.  If you are interested in higher studies and want to do M.Tech or Ph.D., then only opt for PEC civil. The pressure for studies would be less. You also have no restrictions in doing extracurricular activities. Here you can focus on other things besides studies, like on your hobbies or learning and developing a new skill or a new language which can be helpful in your career.  Here’s a brief overview of the courses mentioned in the question.  Parameters  PEC Chandigarh IGDTUW Delhi Average CTC 10.2 LPA 5.5 LPA Highest CTC 42 LPA 16 LPA Course Fee 3.45 lakhs  4.04 lakhs Hope this answer clears some of your doubts.

Ques

Is NIT Raipur CS better than IGDTUW CS?

● Top Answer By Harsh Verma on 08 Jul 21

Ans
Everyone knows how to do well in academics, there is nothing different about NIT Raipur. In order to well in academics, all you need to do is plan effectively. It is a good idea to go through the notes and keep also doing the same with the previous notes. As for your placements, it really comes down to the skills that you possess. So, try to make the most of the four years. For excelling in studies, an attendance of 80% would be enough. Careful arrangement of notes is also a very good tactic for getting the best results. Also, prepare thoroughly for the end semesters as the results matter a lot.

Which institute should I choose, IGDTUW, MAIT, or LNMIIT?

● Top Answer By Purab Mishra on 06 Oct 20

Ans
IGDTUW is ranked 25th, MAIT is ranked 71st, and LNMIIT is ranked 67th for engineering in India by India Today 2020. All these institutes have their advantages and disadvantages. Here are a few important points that you need to consider while choosing an institute between these three. Admission: To qualify for MAIT BTech courses candidates need to sit for the IPU CET exam. For IGDTUW and LNMIIT, candidates need to sit for the JEE Main examination. Candidates need to score 60% for IGDTUW and 55% for MAIT and LNMIIT in their 10+2 examination. Students are allotted seats after going through the JAC Delhi counseling for IGDTUW, GGSIPU counseling for MAIT, and LNMIIT Jaipur counseling for LNMIIT. Cut-off ranks for the BTech courses at these colleges are as follows. IGDTUW: Below 10,000 MAIT: Below 7,000 LNMIIT: Below 6,000 Placements: All three of these institutes have decent placement records. The placement statistics for these colleges are as follows. MAIT: Although MAIT does not have the largest campus, there is no lack of facilities and student activities. There are five canteens that serve quality food; the library is massive and has access to numerous books and volumes. The sports facilities are also above average at MAIT with numerous cricket, football grounds, and badminton, and tennis courts. LNMIIT: All necessary facilities are available for students starting from digitized labs, air-conditioned libraries, to Wi-Fi on campus. The canteens serve high-quality food, and medical facilities are available 24/7 with a residential doctor and visiting faculty. MAIT, IGDTUW, and LNMIIT all of these institutes offer decent academics and placement opportunities. As for which institute will be better for you, you should be the one to decide that.
