CBSE class 12 exams 2023 will end on April 5 with the Psychology exam. The exams of all the major subjects have already concluded. Students can now download the set-wise CBSE class 12 question papers 2023 for all subjects. Around 16,96,770 students appeared for the class 12 board exams this year.
CBSE conducted the class 12 Accountancy paper on March 31, 2023. The question paper contained total 34 questions divided into 2 sections – A and B. Part A contained MCQs and 3 to 6 marks questions mainly application-based. Part B had a mix of direct and application-based questions. The overall difficulty level of the paper was easy to moderate. CBSE class 12 History exam has been conducted successfully by the board on March 29, 2023. The exam was conducted for a total of 80 marks and included 34 questions. Students found the paper easy and scoring. All the questions were from the prescribed syllabus but for some students, the paper was a bit lengthy. CBSE class 12 Business Studies exam was scheduled on March 25, 2023. The exam was held for a total of 80 marks and included 34 questions. The overall paper was easy and balanced as per the students. The paper was also not lengthy and students could complete the paper within the given time. Around 40% of questions in the exam were direct and NCERT-based. CBSE invited applications for central sector scheme of scholarship for the students studying in class 10 and 12. The students who want to apply for the scholarship were supposed fill the application form online before October 31, 2022. The application had to be made on the national scholarship portal i.e. scholarship.gov.in.
CBSE class 12 application forms are made available on the official website of the board. CBSE class 12 admit cards have been issued on the official website cbse.gov.in on February 7, 2023. Admit card is mandatory for students appearing for the class 12 board exams. Candidates who will be appearing in the exam with regular candidature are required to collect their CBSE class 12 admit card from the respective schools. Private candidates have to download the admit card from the official website of CBSE.
The steps to download the admit card for the CBSE class 12 exams are as follows:
CBSE class 12 result will be released in May 2023, tentatively. Students will be able to check their results on the official website of the board – results.cbse.nic.in. To check result, students need to enter their roll number, school number and admit card ID in the respective fields.
CBSE class 12 students can access their results via DigiLocker. Here are the steps on how to access results through DigiLocker.
CBSE class 12 results can be accessed via SMS also. Candidates can send an SMS - cbse12_roll number_school code_centre number to 7738299899. Alternatively, one can also call on 24300699 for Delhi (National Informatics Centre - NIC) and 011 – 24300699 (for other parts of the country).
CBSE has scrapped the term-wise exam policy for the academic year 2022-23. The final class 12 examinations will start in the month of February 2023. In the year 2023, each exam will be conducted for a total of 100 marks which are further divided for practicals/internal assessment and theory papers. The theory papers will carry 70 marks and 30 marks will be allotted on the basis of practicals and internal assessment.

CBSE class 12 syllabus 2022-23 has been released by the board. The syllabus has not been divided into term-wise category which shows that the board will conduct one exam only from the upcoming session. NCERT has made all the books available online for the convenience of students free of cost. Candidates can download NCERT textbooks or take a printout of the same.
CBSE has closed the application deadline for Single Girl Child Scholarship. All eligible candidates could register till November 30, 2022. The last date to verify the applications for schools was December 7, 2022. CBSE provides financial assistance to all single girl students under this Post Matric Scholarship Scheme (for classes 11 and 12). The application form should be filled online on the official website of CBSE i.e. cbse.gov.in. The renewal application shall also be filled in the same way as of the fresh application. The eligibility criteria to avail the scholarship is as follows:

Students can apply for rechecking/revaluation of their answer sheets if they are not satisfied with their marks. The application for verification will begin after the declaration of CBSE class 12 result. During verification, the board will check answer sheets for any totalling mistake or unchecked/unmarked answers. The updated marks will be notified and then students who want to go ahead for revaluation can request for obtaining photocopy of their answer sheets. Then they can select the questions whose answers they want to be re-evaluated.
In 2022, the revaluation process began on July 26, 2022. The tentative schedule for class 12 revaluation process for the year 2023 is as follows:

The board will release the revaluation and rechecking result in July 2023, tentatively. Candidates will be required to enter their board roll number, admit card ID and school number in order to access the result. The total marks may be reduced in the revaluation process and no claims shall be accepted for reduced marks. The steps to check the result are as follows:
CBSE will conduct compartment exams for students who failed in class 12 board exams. In 2022, the CBSE 12th compartment exams were conducted on a single day i.e. August 23, 2022. The applications for appearing in compartment exams are generally started after the revaluation process is completed.
The following are the steps to download CBSE 12th admit card for compartment exams:
Students who are not satisfied with their performance in the CBSE 12th exam can apply for improvement in the respective subjects. The result of these exams will be declared by the CBSE Board later. The best score from the improvement and board exams will be taken into consideration while making the final scorecard.
Students are advised to go through the eligibility criteria as per CBSE before applying for the improvement exam. If the candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria, his/her exam form will be cancelled.
