Students seeking admissions to MBBS admissions under DOTE Goa, need to qualify for certain eligibility norms as mentioned below:
- Admissions are open to Indian nationals, however, NRI students can apply under a specified quota
- A candidate must have completed minimum age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the academic year for admission
- He/ She must have passed the 12th exam or equivalent of the Goa Board or any other recognized board

The first round of Goa MBBS 2023 NEET Counselling will be conducted online mode.
